Received wrong parts,after waiting more than a week for delivery. Part numbers seem to be guesswork. When using the "OEM"-numbers online,they correspond to something very remotely related to the part in question. Even when used together with the brand of the vehicle. Had to scrap every received part immediately. Waste of money.That will be remembered ! I'd rather make my own parts than try again. It will be both faster and cheaper.

Ho acquistato per la seconda volta dal loro sito perché mi sono trovato bene la prima volta però il secondo oggetto (ordine 5067)che mi hanno inviato non è compatibile con la mia auto e ho chiesto sia da email che da chat su WhatsApp come si può risolvere e cioè se posso inviarlo a mie spese per ricevere il rimborso ma non ho mai ricevuto nessuna risposta... Sono davvero molto deluso e non comprerò più nulla da loro.... QUINDI FATE ATTENZIONE PERCHÉ IL SERVIZIO ASSISTENZA È INESISTENTE! 😡

Renvoyé à mes frais et remboursé moins cher que le prix d'achat + des frais à ma charge.
Bien que la modification du descriptif ait été demandée, il n'a pas changé et de nouveaux clients peuvent se faire piéger.

I ordered during Easter time a part for Lancia , respond at my email in 24 h and part arrived correctly what I needed.

J'ai acheté un moteur 100GL, 903cc, sois disant refait et prêt à monter dans une fiat 600.
Il est arrivé avec le carburateur cassé, rien n'était serré, la pompe à eau fuyait, et le moteur à cassé au bout de 500kms d'un usage très calme en ville ....
N'ont évidement pas répondu à mes emails.

une catastrophe, j'ai commandé une pièce pour ma fiat 850 coupé sport. début du cauchemar, pièces jamais livrée, commande disparue de leur site sans explication sérieuse, les réponses que j'ai eu dans mes mails étaient risibles tellement c'était mensongé. je n'ai jamais eu affaire a des spécialistes de l'ancienne aussi incompétent

Habe bei dieser Firma 2 Ersatzteile bestellt. Ein Teil ist angekommen und dachte schon das was fehlt da dieses nie in diesem Karton passt. Aufgemacht und Fotos gemacht. Peer Mail der Firma alles geschickt. Angefragt ob das zweite Teil noch kommt. Endlich nach langer Zeit einigen E-Mails dann eine Antwort bekommen. Wollten mir den Betrag zurück überweisen. Und das wars bis jetzt noch nichts passiert. Habe zum Glück Peer PayPal bezahlt. Und habe den Käuferschutz aktiviert. Keine Reaktionen vorher mit der Firma mehr gehabt. Nie wieder bestelle ich da.

Auch nach 5 Wochen nach Bestellung kein Material erhalten. oldtimer-shop nicht zu empfehlen und NIE WIEDER....

Bestelltes Ersatzteil (NOS) kam nach einer Woche in Deutschland an.
Exakt das Teil, welches abgebildet war. Alles bestens!

Da wird ein falsches Ersatzteil verkauft und man soll es auf eigene kosten zurückschicken. Kaufpreis 7 Euro, versand 13 Euro, zuzüglich rückversand damit ich dann 6 Euro zurückbekomme, so kann man auch geld verdienen, mich hat man dort nur 1x beschissen

Oldtimer-shop sold me faulty brake lines and I have shown satisfactory evidence that the item was faulty and now they want me to return the item at my cost knowing very well that it will cost me more to return the item than the money I will receive in my refund . Also the only way Oldtimer-shop responded was via PayPal disputes and constantly ignored my email requests to rectify this problem . They did not apologize in any way for not thoroughly checking an obvious fault in the brake hose mating surface which could have been extensively dangerous for me if it was not seen by me .
I do not recommend Oldtimer-shop in any way as they do not look after you in regards to faulty items and ignore emails sent to them .
Please stay well away from this shop as its only concern is profit with absolutely no customer service .
