An amazing platform to take care of your mental health.

Oliva has helped me for over 18 months now. Extremely greatful for the service and for my therapist specifically. Always willing to help and nothing is ever too silly or too trivial to talk about

Great platform and an amazing corporate benefit. The only downside I've found is that they are not very transparent on when you'll get charged for rescheduling a session too late. I know it's all laid out in their policies, but they don't give any indication when you're actually rescheduling, which is unfortunate

Easy to use platform, remote friendly

Using Oliva really helped me with some difficult time.

Oliva is very user friendly. My therapist is so qualified and professional, and I like that I can get AI summaries of my sessions (this is opt-in, for those who don't like recording their sessions).
Honestly, having access to Oliva is one of the best perks of my job!

My company uses Oliva to offer free therapy and it's the best benefit we have. Within a couple of days I was matched with a therapist when previously I'd found it so difficult to find someone private who had availability for me. It's so easy to use the platform and there's always lots of availability so I can book the next session to fit with my schedule. I wish I'd had Oliva in previous jobs.

Oliva offers such a wide array of tools for personal and career growth that I think anyone and everyone can make a great use of it on the individual level.

I love the group classes. Unfortunately I don't have access to 1:1 guidance, I think that would be amazing as well. Oliva has really great people guiding and amazing self-study material. I can really see a difference in my approach to tackle difficult moments both at work and in my private life and I feel more confident, motivated and relaxed overall. I'm really greatful for this benefit and will continue to use regularly, big recommendation from me.

I was struggling and the ability to access support quicklhy and with little fuss in terms of internal approvals and paperwork was amazing. The tool matched me with someone who could relate to the challenges I was facing and offered concrete tools and suggestions to move forward.

Oliva is a great self-development tool

My main experiences with Olivia have been through their live workshops & recorded content.

The workshop I did was about how to form healthy habits. I found the live workshop facilitator was very engaging, knowledgable, and inspiring.

I've also engaged with several different pre-recorded TED-talk style talks that I've received in my email inbox. I've found these very interesting and I enjoy the short & sweet length of these.

This is one of my most appreciated work perks.
Mental health is hugely important, and having it covered by the company takes the barrier away from trying counselling out if you have been considering it.
I have found the 1-1 counselling hugely useful, but the platform also offers interesting talks etc. on interesting topics.
The only main detractions have been that the site can sometimes be a little buggy, and I wish the calendar highlighted the current week to make it clearer.
