I love this shop! Visited the one in Glasgow Central Station recently and the service was fantastic.

The products are lovely and we found what we were looking for. The team were super helpful with my blue light discount and we didn't feel rushed despite being the last customers of the day. Lovely team in Bristol Cabot Circus on Saturday 19th evening.

Big fan of OB until today, placed an order and they took my money for it, they then sent email saying two items were already shipped, I called OB when only received one. They told me most of the items from my order have already been sold out? Why did they take my money then??? Also why was the tracking including two items being delivered? Extremely disappointed

Disappointed with the hand wash bottle as the pump dispenser doesn’t work properly, only presses down a small amount

Great shop!

I was in the Wandsworth store today and made to feel very uncomfortable by a member of staff who followed me around the store for about 10 minutes. I was there to choose a gift for my friend so was taking my time looking at the items and instead of asking me if there was anything they could help with, I was made to feel like a criminal having done nothing wrong. As a long time shopper with OB, it has made me question whether I will enter one of their stores again.

I love Oliver Bonas things- so colourful and bright. I particularly enjoyed
my brief visit to the Victoria branch which holds a lot of stock. The assistant was helpful in showing me different black bags and getting one from a high shelf. Thank you.

Employees are very kind and professional

I had a gorgeous interaction with one of your staff members in Glasgow Central today. The store in general is very welcoming with both staff present greeting me with smiling hellos.

The dapper gent who offered assistance gave me a lovely genuine compliment and it really brightened my day. I wasn’t planning on purchasing but the friendly relaxed vibe of the store made me buy a couple things, and help inspire a future online haul for Xmas decorations ❤️

Thanks again for the lovely experience. The gent didn’t request a review (I always find that a bit desperate/much unless it’s been a complex situation or something) but kindly sent me a receipt by email (which I would normally ignore/delete) but I was so impressed I decided to seek out how to leave feedback and was happy to see how easy you make it for customers via a clickable link on the receipt.

The website is well laid out and easy to use. The staff in store are friendly and helpful. I can always find something I like in store and online.

I love this shop ; it’s set out so nicely , the staff were so helpful, my first go to shop .

The staff in the Chiswick store are so lovely and friendly. It is a pleasure to visit here . Plus, If I bring my dog in - admittedly he is very cute - but nevertheless, they are always so sweet with him. The clothes in the bright happy colours always cheer me up and if I am looking for a gift, I always find the perfect something.

I’ve just had a great experience at the St Pancras store. An assistant was polite, patient and went well out of their way to help me. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she had fabulous nails.

My shopping experience was good however despite showing my blue light card and NHS ID and being told I could get discount on non sale items, I’ve just noticed when I seen my bill that this wasn’t deducted

Ps I’ve just had a response from OB and apparently I have to wait 24 hrs before I can response so I’m using edit to point out that although I appreciate your prompt response and I appreciate you directing me to your website, however you haven’t actually read my comment correctly as I said ‘non’ sale items - in other words I wasn’t given discount yet the sales assistants (both of them) acknowledged that it would be deducted from full price purchases.
