We've been a legitimate business for almost 4 years serving thousands of customers. We respond to all emails and fulfill all of our orders in a timely manner.
We take false accusations very seriously and ask that you provide proof of your claim.
Please provide your order number so we can locate your purchase and resolve this immediately. You can contact us directly at oliver.co@olivermontessori.com.
Without an order number or any proof to identify your purchase, we cannot assist you.
Rude and horrible to deal with
Website is super confusing and unclear on what you're buying. I ordered a product. Days later they emailed me saying they couldn't provide that product. I realised I hadnt ordered what I thought I had anyway so I requested a refund. No response so I pursued a refund through PayPal. I told PayPal that the seller hadn't been able to supply the product I'd ordered so PayPal issued me with a full refund. The next day I receive a threatening and extremely rude email demanding I contact PayPal as they too have issued a refund. I can see PayPal have sent them their money back so there hasn't been any double refund. Clearly they're a small, amateur company with no customer service training and they need to do better with how they speak to people.

Great Store & Customer Service
Great experience with this store and toys. I love the selection they have and the company is very responsive with any questions or recommendations you might need. I have been buying from them for about a year. I made an error on the shipping address for a gift one time and had to have the order corrected and it was immediately resolved and new toys were sent to the corrected address and they even sent a bonus toy for the trouble, even though it was my mistake. Great customer service experience. Thank you Oliver
