Hello Titus, Thank you for your valuable feedback and we appreciate your business. However, we were requesting Tax year overview 2/3 times and you had been sending Calculation (the same document) all those times. We had explained this to you over the phone and believed that you understood. Advisers also have automatic email responder to acknowledge every emails.
