I had surgery on the back of my head…

I had surgery on the back of my head and neck. I’ve been in pain every since. I used Cryofreeze CBD rollon it helps me cope with the 24/7 pain. Thank you for this product🙏🏻

Terrible experience. Do not buy.

I read a handful of these reviews and knew that tons of people have been through the same experience. This sums it up perfectly:

"Read the fine print. They have auto payments scheduled taken from your account, and then customer service is horrible and won't provide a refund. I cancelled my order, after being charged a second time without my consent and then the order never came, and I still wasn't refunded my $100. Brutal customer service, they told me to deal with UPS because the shipment was out of their control. Took me almost a year of monthly calls. No resolving of the situation, I lost money, time, and didn't even receive the order that I paid for, on their terms.

Horrible product. Horrible company. DO NOT BUY."

The worst customer service ever

I was WAS using the fish oil. The product is great but holy god the customer service is the worst I've seen. After paying for two separate packages of their fish oil, by the third purchase their payment system f'd up majorly and they flat out refused to fix it. At first the issue was the system added a broken home address to my account. I fixed that but then they lied about my card and said it was expired. It is not. Their system refused to process an order and they kept giving asinine excuses instead offering to fix it. This went on for eight days before I said you know what, just cancel my account. I'll take my business elsewhere. OMAX must pay bare minimum wage and treat their customer service hires like trash because none of them were interested in fixing the problem.

Could not ship CBD products to Canada

Could not ship CBD products to Canada. Cool, I understand but they withdrew money from my account and yet did not honour a full refund of the product that never shipped in the first place. Very disappointed, will not be ordering from them again in the future.

Big Fan!
I have been using the Omax stress relief, Ultra, cryofreeze and o-spot. I absolutely love these products. I started out with the Omax Ultra which made a huge difference in how I feel on a day to day basis. When I miss taking it I totally notice. I own and operate a painting company and after over 20 years in business I have a lot of over use injuries, the cryofreeze CBD works great on my pain and the Stress relief helps me to sleep at night. I also take it during the day when I am feeling uptight and it just levels me out without any negative side effects. I love it. The O-Spot is the best lube I have ever tried. It does not get sticky, it has a really pleasant smell and taste and it enhances my stimulation in a very subtle way. The first time I tried it I didn't really what was happening until it was over and I have been hooked ever since! I never want to be without these products and I look forward to trying others in the future. I trust Omax Health.

OMAX Cryofreeze is the best pain relief…

OMAX Cryofreeze is the best pain relief product I have used in decades! I have been an athlete for over 30 years; Cryofreeze allows me to do the things I love to do in the gym and outdoors without pain and discomfort. Their fish oil products are by far
the cleanest and most effective ones out there - bye bye inflammation!

The Cryofreeze Pain Relief Roller is amazing.

The Cryofreeze Pain Relief Roller is the best product I have tried. It works instantly! I keep one with me and offer it to my friends and family when they are having pain. They are amazed as well, even if they are reluctant to try it. I will always have it on hand.

Does it work? Absolutely!

A friend learned that I was having back pains and suggested Omax CryoFreeze. Since nothing had helped, I decided to give it a try. It is amazing how great it worked. It helped my husband with his shoulder pain and I tried it on my post workout ab soreness. I’ve also let my son in law try it, and he raves about how it got rid of his back pain. He asked for the website so he could order his own!
I am so glad there is a product that truly helps and I can put off surgery as long as I can.

Bad Customer Service

I received an auto shipment yesterday that I had already canceled two months ago. I called customer service to find out why it wasn’t canceled and immediately the rep began to offer other deals. When I refuse the deals & explained why my husband could no longer take this product, she continued to offer additional deals such as; lower the price, extend shipment, etc. When I explained a 2nd time, why I could not use the product, her whole attitude changed for the worse! She started speaking extremely fast about the return procedure (after I asked twice how to return & receive refund) & became extremely angry when I asked her to slow down. She repeatedly spoke over me & when I politely asked her AGAIN to please slow down & repeat the RMA code (to use for return), she began to speak in a condescending tone & very slowly, as if she was speaking to a child - speaking one number slowly with an extremely long pause between each number, basically to attempt to agitate me. What’s alarming to me is that she never comprehend the reason for the cancellation. If I stated my husband could no longer use the product due to medical reasons, why would you offer to lower the price or extend delivery? If the product was free I still don’t want it because my husband CANT USE IT. Also, I didn’t know the price was negotiable. If that’s the case, then why was I paying $79.99 but you’re saying I could have been paying $59.99 or less? The way this call ended up was so unnecessary! I would have appreciated it if she was just a little sympathetic and said “I’m sorry you or your family could no longer benefit from the product & we appreciate your business & will be happy to assist you with a return & within two weeks, you should receive a refund back to your credit card. Please give us a call if you have any questions or you did not receive a full refund. Also if you decide later to order one of our other products, we will be happy to assist. Thanks again for your business.” PLEASE NOTE: I should not have to pay to ship product back when I had already canceled back in April. I have already submitted a dispute with my credit card. Customer service trumps product!

Deceiving advertisement - Watch out for the FiNE print

This purchase really helped me raise my blood pressure with the company deceiving FINE print for their VIP recurrent shipments. Their website offer “buy one get one free plus free shipping” but the FINE print at the end enrolls you on recurrent shipments that you are highlighted right next to the big print offering. You do not have to scroll down the page to start the ordering process, precisely why the very FINE print is all the way at the bottom of the page. Not only that but when you start the order process you are taken to a different page with the order information and again way at the bottom of the page, which you have to make the conscious effort to scroll, are the terms and conditions which do contain the VIP information. Here is the trick, the box is already checked when you are taken to this page so you are not given the option to read and check the box to accept. This is basically an agreement in which one party is not consciously agreeing to the terms. My first order was charged on my credit card but after a couple of weeks of not arriving I contacted Omax and they told me that their records show that the product had been delivered. They could not provide a tracking number as it was shipped USPS. They sent me “another” shipment, this time via courier, and I did receive it this time. Yesterday I noticed a pending charge on my credit card from Omax Health for $79.99. I called them to find out what this was about because I have neither order not received any new merchandise from them. They informed me of the FINE print. I asked to cancel that and any future shipments I was told that they will cancel future shipments but this one for $79.99 was already in transit so they could not cancel it. I was told I can return the merchandise but I will have to pay the shipment or they can gratiously give me a 50% discount. I told the agent that I do not want the product (which I have not received and by the way the first shipment went I have doubts that I will ever receive) and that I did not agree with Omax deceiving advertisement. By the simple fact that I did not check the box of terms and conditions in agreement, I should not be liable for paying return shipment or keeping the product. I asked to get a full refund of the charges to my credit card. I was told that I will have to do a three way call with them and my credit card company (I’m not even sure if Omax will do the refund at that point as I was not told that).I asked to speak with a supervisor but was told by the agent that the supervisor will not be able to tell me anything different than what she told me. I got nowhere with their “customer service”. Even if the product is as good as they claim, this type of deceiving practices by a company can turn customers away.
