I’m honestly really disappointed with the entire experience and outcome from the surgery and from the Cygnus clinic. I went in for a breast lift, Lipo 360 and BBL. My breast lift is lovely except my nipples were put back on upside down so my nipple piercing holes are now the wrong way around. The surgeon did tell me after the surgery that this was necessary based on the technique they used but I wasn’t told about this prior to the operation so it was upsetting after the fact.

For the lipo360 I wanted a really dramatic, high definition outcome. I honestly can barely see a difference on my stomach. For the BBL I didn’t get the shape or projection I had asked for. I never asked for a ‘natural’ outcome and was extremely disappointed.

The entire experience was extremely traumatic. They rushed us through the pre op meeting where result goals were discussed so I don’t think what I wanted was correctly translated through to the surgeon. I came out of surgery in extreme pain and was more or less told to ‘just be quiet’ as I was crying and screaming from the pain. The care at the hospital was poor, the nurses either on their phones or sleeping at a desk. After the operation it was like the consultants no longer cared much for you or your questions/ concerns and were hard to get in touch with compared to the quick responses before surgery (and before they had been paid)

I had a chat with another surgery patient on the drive back to the hotel and they even told me how the nursing staff had given her medication against her direct wishes. Disgusting

I personally wish I could change it all and go with a different company and different surgeon. The results so far are not worth the stress, price or trauma of the experience

I had an amazing experience with my plastic surgeon Dr. Ömer Faruk Koçak and his wonderful assistant Özge Özden in Istanbul. From the very beginning, she supported me throughout my entire stay — answering all of my questions, even outside of working hours, and making me feel completely taken care of. It has now been three months since my surgeries (rhinoplasty and breast lift/reduction), and I’m still able to reach out to her for advice whenever I need it.

The results exceeded all of my expectations — I have never felt happier or more confident in my life. Doing two procedures at once was a big decision, but thanks to the professionalism and care of the doctor and his team, everything went smoothly. I’m endlessly grateful for their work and support.

I had a complex rhinoplasty with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Faruk Koçak. From the first message, his assistant Özge Özden organised everything and stayed in touch. The package included a lovely hotel and all transfers for my whole stay in Türkiye, so I didn’t worry about logistics at all.

My case was difficult, but the surgery and aftercare were professional and calm. Pain was well controlled, communication in English was clear, and I received a fit-to-fly letter. It’s still early, but I already like the shape and my breathing feels better.

A few months earlier my wife had surgery with the same team and she is very happy with her result too. That gave me confidence to go ahead.

Best doc ever. I did a breast lift with prosthesis just a little bit over a week ago and I couldn’t have been happier with my choices. (I went through Cygnus clinic since I’m Italian)
Everything went perfect, from start to finish.
The results were spectacular, even better than my expectations.
After my pregnancy where I gained around 30/35kg and lost it all in 5/6 months, I was left with sagged & 0 volume boobs at only 22. I hated them and refused to take off my bra.
Doc Ömer was my savior, he listened to what I wanted, which was an harmonious size as long as they were really HIGH, I didn’t want them too big but perky af, didn’t want a natural result.
He did sooo good that I refused to believe those were my boobs, so perky round and perfect. The incisions are healing great, some have already started to fade, have had no pain at all, just after getting out of surgery. Couldn’t recommend someone more than Doc Ömer, literally! Thank you for your meticulous work. I can’t thank you enough for what you’ve done for me.
If by any time I’ll need more aesthetic procedures, he’ll be my first choice!

I had rhinoplasty and mastopexy with prosthesis, the surgery went well and I had almost no pain after the operation, and Dr. Farruk and his team have always been very helpful.
The result is super natural.
