تجربة فاشلة وسيرفرات كلها مشاكل
للأسف تجربتي مع موقع OMGHosting كانت سيئة جداً.
استأجرت خادم VPS لمدة 4 أشهر وخلال هالفترة السيرفر كان يفصل بشكل متكرر لدرجة ما عاد يشتغل نهائياً وضاع شغلي وملفاتي
طلبت تعويض، لكن كان ردهم سيئ وكله كذب وتبرير بدون أي مسؤولية.
أنصح الجميع بالابتعاد عنهم، لأن الخدمة غير مستقرة والدعم الفني غير موجود والاحترام معدوم

والادلة والرسائل والمدفوعات كلها موجودة
Unfortunately, my experience with OMGHosting was extremely disappointing.
I rented a VPS server for 4 months, and throughout this period, it was constantly disconnecting until it became completely inaccessible. I lost my work and files.
I asked for compensation, but their response was terrible — full of lies, excuses, and zero responsibility.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away. The service is unreliable, support is non-existent, and there's no professionalism.

نأسف إنك مريت بتجربة ما كانت مرضية لك، ونفهم تمامًا مشاعرك. بس حنا حابين نوضح إننا في بداية فبراير أعلنّا بشكل رسمي في ديسكورد إن بيكون فيه انقطاعات بسيطة مؤقتة بسبب التوسعة اللي كنا نسويها مع شركائنا في الداتا سنتر. فعليًا، السيرفر واجه ٣ انقطاعات قصيرة فقط وبعدها رجعت الخدمة تشتغل طبيعي.
وبرغم كذا، عرضنا عليك شهر مجاني كامل كتعويض، ولما قررت تنقل خدمتك، عرضنا عليك استرجاع ٣١.٥ دولار عن المدة المتبقية. وبلغناك إن السيرفر كان شغال وتقدر تسحب ملفاتك بأي وقت قبل نهاية الاشتراك، لكن ما تم التجديد وتم إنهاء الخدمة.
الدعم الفني كان متواجد دائمًا وحاولنا نساعدك أكثر من مرة، لكنك رفضت العروض وطلبت استرجاع كامل حتى لفترات كانت الخدمة تشتغل فيها بدون مشاكل.
ولو كانت الخدمة من البداية سيئة مثل ما قلت، ما كنت كملت معنا ٤ شهور وتجدد شهريًا بعد الشهر الأول.
حنا نخدم عملاء من شركات وأفراد ومطورين، والحمد لله التقييمات إيجابية. ولو حاب تراجع موضوعك معنا بشكل خاص، إحنا جاهزين.
We’re truly sorry that you had a disappointing experience, and we completely understand how you feel. That said, we want to clarify that in early February, we made an official announcement on Discord about short planned interruptions due to upgrades and expansion with our new datacenter partners. In reality, your server experienced only 3 brief interruptions, and service returned to normal afterwards.
Even with that, we offered you a full free month as compensation. When you decided to move your service, we also offered a $31.5 refund for the unused period. We clearly informed you that your server was still active, and you could retrieve your files anytime before the billing cycle ended — the server was only terminated due to non-renewal.
Our support team was always available and tried to help, but our offers were declined while a full refund was requested, including for the period where service was fully delivered.
And if the service was truly that bad from the start, it’s unlikely you would’ve continued for 4 full months, renewing every month after the first.
