Recently I have ordered a fridge magnet photo. The magnet picture quality was very bad and dark an they edit the picture from the head side. It was completely different. After complaining about it, I got a very standard response, " the picture quality was same as your photo". Will never use this company and will not advice to anyone.

Experience is good.Timely they deliver product.Quality is also good.When u order product keep in mind they don't edit.They work best on whatever you give.If background need to be changed you change then send.

I had a terrible experience with OMG Custom. I paid extra for expedited shipping with a guaranteed delivery window, and here I am the day before the promised delivery… and the item is still in China.

That alone tells you everything you need to know.

Had I known where the product was actually coming from, I never would have ordered. There is absolutely no way you’re getting anything from this company quickly, regardless of what you pay for shipping. The “expedited” option feels completely misleading.

Trying to cancel the order was just as frustrating. They make it extremely difficult, and even when you try, they push fees on you — even when the item hasn’t properly shipped yet. Once it does ship, you can pretty much forget about getting your money back.

Customer service is basically nonexistent. You can’t speak to a real person, and all you get are generic, automated responses that don’t actually help.

Overall, this company feels overpriced, misleading, and very difficult to deal with. I strongly recommend avoiding them and buying from a reputable, local company!!

I raised the issue. And today I received the another one. It's really nice and to my great satisfaction. Superb dealing.

I received a broken frame , they replaced within one day without asking any photos or videos or any questions ! This is one of the best genuine site and the product is super ! It looks too good on my wall , i got a frame of my pet and im loving it . Im very very happy with their service. Thank you team.

No empathy for customer. Unfair business practices to sell. They promise a delivery date and never deliver for weeks. If, you want to cancel, they deduct 20%, if, the order is not shipped. After shipping cancellation would involve hefty charges (20% + handling charges + courier charges etc.). No one responds to mails or calls. if, you get across to them accidentally, stock solution is wait for 24 hours to answer. Lots of other similar products available at half the price. OMG charges a bomb and disappears from scene after collecting money, leaving customer at their and Bluedart's mercy ! Bluedart doesn't respond either! They keep playing football with your parcel. Very disappointed and tired. Made a wrong choice.

Thank u for the product. Loved it. The quality is good. The product is printed on basically plastic on lay man term and for the so it is a bit faded but as soon as it is taken in a backdrop like a wall or so, it becomes just perfect.
