Let me start by saying, I love the products. Great fit, size, quality & material. The customer sales team that I’ve been corresponding with has been amazing!! Very patient with me. My only issue was the timing of receiving the items. It took a long time, but when I look back - it was worth the wait. Maybe in your website, you should include that shipping will take a while b/c of how the products are handled & made. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the outcome!

Everything was wonderful! After I requested to exchange the product because the size didn’t fit me, I received incredibly fast and excellent customer service. I’m really impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommended!

I discovered Omirad through an Instagram add that really caught my attention because of the jeans style, which I later purchased. For some reason, the jeans weren’t the right fit for me (even though they were beautiful).

I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. They offered me a replacement, and thanks to their expertise, we ended up choosing an amazing tracksuit (hoodie and pants) that I absolutely love!

The sizing on the website was wrong so I had to retour my already bought pants. But instead of me retouring the product they asked me a couple questions leading to them sending me a new pair of pants. Great service and great product! ❤️

My son is very small waist and his style is baggy. It was impossible to find him a pair of jeans he liked. As you know high school is very judgmental and so my son goes in the morning with confidence and it is alll worth it!!!

Honest product description fair price, quality material and fit

When I received my original order, unfortunately my two pairs of pants were way too big so I took steps to return them. Within 24 hours, Omirad responded apologizing that my garments didn’t fit and offered me two replacement pieces instead of returning the ones that didn’t fit. They told me to keep them and gift them to someone else. I was blown away by that unexpected gesture. They told me to let them know which two items I wanted and that they would ship them out right away and they did just that. Upon receiving my replacement order they fit perfectly and I am in love with the fit and quality. I love how hassle free my experience was. Lastly I want to add that I’m a 47 year old Mom who loves trendy baggy clothes and I gave my original pants to my 18 year old son who is obsessed with the pants I gave him. We are different sexes and generations and both loved our garments. This unisex brand of quality clothing has my business for the foreseeable future. Excellent customer service and clothing quality. I’m a fan of Omirad. Their clothes are always made from top class fabric and fit nicely to size. The styles are perfect for relaxing at home or getting out in comfortable but tough clothes.
The delivery might take a little longer (I’m in England) but it’s worth the wait.

My jacket came on time and as described, I was a bit hesitant at first but they are legit.

I assume they drop ship as most of the items come from taiwan? but they arrived as described and within the estimated delivery date. Everything is very fairly priced too.

Great service. I accidentally ordered two pairs and they resolved the issue straight away. The joggers are really good quality.
