Exquisite Handmade jewellery

I have about 4 pieces from this brand! The naira gold plated coin is my favorite piece as this money is out of circulation in my home country and it’s a way for me to wear a piece of home on my neck. I’ve bought additional pieces and glad to have handmade jewellery in my collection

POOR QUALITY / POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

POOR QUALITY... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I purchased a ring from this company in April. Within a few weeks of normal wear, it began to fade noticeably. After several messages back and forth with customer service, I was instructed to return the item. Once received, I was told I would need to pay for repairs—despite the issue occurring shortly after purchase and it being a quality issue.

The company advertises its jewelry as suitable for "everyday wear" and designed to last. In my experience, the ring began showing significant fading within less of two weeks of regular "everyday use", which does not align with the claims made on their website.

In regards to customer service a representative of this company has referenced my career in sports multiple times—information I have never provided to this company directly—as part of their justification for the poor condition of the ring.

This "coincidental" mention of personal information is not only irrelevant, it is also unprofessional and feels invasive. Overall, very odd behavior from a brand that prides themselves on “excellent customer service.”

Under the Consumer Review Fairness Act, I have the right to share my honest opinions and factual experiences with this product and company. This review reflects my direct experience and is intended to inform other consumers.

This whole experience has been exhausting. Especially when it started from me (a consumer) choosing to support a small business. I regret this decision deeply. It is not about money or wanting something for free, (I literally told them to keep the ring). It's about the principles of conducting good business, and taking accountability for a product falling short of its claims.

Based on the product's performance and my customer service experience, I would not recommend this brand.

When the customer contacted us regarding fading on their gold vermeil ring, we requested photos and provided a return shipping label. The ring we recieved showed significant wear and impact dents that were not visible in the original images provided. The customer later confirmed the ring had continued to be worn after the initial photos were taken.

We offered refinishing and re-plating services for a fee. This option was declined.

Gold vermeil is suitable for everyday wear, but like all plated jewelry, it can wear more quickly when exposed to repeated abrasion or impact. For this reason, we recommend removing jewelry during activities that may cause friction or damage, and considering solid gold options for more impact-prone wear.

We regret that this customer was unhappy with the outcome and remain committed to transparency, quality craftsmanship, and supporting our customers through our care services.
