I met Lucas in Munich, where he founded “Tantra im Wohnzimmer”, a unique format focused on integrating tantra into daily life with friends. From our very first meeting, Lucas impressed me with his unique presence—he is living proof that what he teaches truly has an impact.
Before Lucas left, he coached me to help continue “Tantra im Wohnzimmer”. He was my first male teacher, and from this perspective, I was particularly struck by his deep and broad knowledge of Tantra and psychology—especially Polyvagal Theory. Beyond that, what truly sets Lucas apart is his remarkable ability for self-reflection, which he uses to make his passion, Tantra, accessible and experiential for as many people as possible.
In both his teaching and coaching, this passion is not just noticeable but tangible. What I found especially valuable was his analytical and clear feedback on the spaces I held—always respectful, loving, and on equal footing.

Lucas is a very authentic and someone you can trust on! It was my first Tantra Workshop and I am so glad I did it with Lucas. Looking forward to learn more from you! Thank you so much for this beautiful experiences.

Lukas is a great facilitator.
This is the kind of men we need to spread the practice. Purity, no woowoo, simple and straight forward teaching.
A longer meditation in the beginning of the workshop would have been helpful to bring people into a present state. The rest was perfect.

After my first “Taste of Tantra” workshop with Lucas as a facilitator; I was truly amazed what a safe and comfortable space he was creating for all of us participants.
The way Lucas is teaching is not a standard “top-down information flow” approach, instead he encourages/guides his students to experience and based on that develop their own understanding of the matter.
I highly appreciate that especially his beginner workshops are completely non-sexual, because Tantra is often reduced to only this topic. (but it’s so much more!)
I would recommend Lucas’ workshops to everyone who is new or experienced in the world of Tantra!

Lucas’ way of addressing people is unique, because he gives you a feeling that you are on eye level with hin, such as actually all we humans are. I love his kindness, his gentle voice, the way je lives what is important to him and the authentic love he shares. Lucas has so much knowledge and you can feel his passion for tantra and helping his community to grow. I always feel safe and protecting in his sessions as he is amazing in holding the space and helping me to extend myself to further wisdom.
