I would not trust this vendor at all if your are based abroad be very careful with them. I purchased some items from them £400 worth so not small change. Despite paying the customs fee with DPD they still sent back my item to them. Since October I have been trying to find a solution to get my item. They have said no refunds. I have suggested paying the posting fee again they said no, I have suggested arranging for someone to collect my item at the store they have said no. They don’t want to give me what I have paid for and are making no effort to find a solution they just want to keep my items which I paid for which is crazy. I have been emailing them for 3 months and the only thing they suggest is I buy the items again from them. Be very careful they are a bunch of theives and I will be reporting this to the Pokemon trading company and everyone and everywhere else I can find !!!
