If I could give this sit a zero I would…just threw 90 dollars away…literally no support other than to text….hire someone to help install…terrible instructions on install…this guy can’t even form a correct sentence …won’t return money….horrible experience ….if your not a wizard…stay away or loose your money!!

If I could rate it a zero I would. Zero for customer service, zero for quality of streaming, zero AI monitoring blah blah.its been 4 months and I have had several issues, each lasting days and multiple follow-ups before it gets somewhat back to normal…which does not last long

Very bad company. I spent the money for a 2-year subscription and nothing works. I tried to contact them so many times and no one answers.

Customer service doesn't exist.

Just started year #2 (no real issues prior the odd slowdown) and couldn't connect and customer service gave me a new url to use and when it didn't work said it's my fault and he can't help me and please stop texting. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Basically a scam

Basically a scam. Horrible service, below zero customer care. It was painful to signup to start. I anyhow did, and managed to get it going (Ps. you will also need to pay for a third party APP). Once I got it working, the system worked well... for ONE WEEK! then stopped (my credentials were no longer valid). I contacted Ona Express, they said they can't help. They don't store my credentials, so only way to regain service is to pay again for another year subscription.

Worst app ever!

I would give this company a -10 if that was possible. I renewed their product (IPTV) in April & it never worked properly since day one. No support after numerous attempts. Finally, today I received a very abusive response from the representative. Not good.

Would give it 0 if that was an option. As others have attested to, the “customer service” is horrendous! The Rep is rude, belittling and should not be dealing with the public. Have used (or tried) for 5+ years. Waste of time as nothing worked well and no support from OnaExpress. Now with a solid, no. Buffering provider with amazing customer service. Stay clear!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - OnaExpress is a big SCAM

My one-year subscription is scheduled to expire on January 1, 2026.

On October 03, 2025, the connection stopped loading. I contacted OnaExpress, and Mahmoud Thabet informed me that my subscription had expired and that I needed to pay for a new one. I clarified to him that I should still have access until January 01, 2026, and I provided him with a copy of my e-transfer payment receipt. His response was, "No arguments on this!"

No Service At All…

I had this company last year their basic service wasnt great but at least watchable so when I was signing up they offered a better service for $15.00 more so I thought I would try that well what I got was a service everything in Arabic and mostly all sports no search no saving to favourites no local channels when I complained and sent him a screenshot of the start page he told me i was an idiot and to stop bothering him and stopped answering my Texts its very strange when you open live TV the first thing you get is an add for IPTV which seems to be exactly what i want but you cant open it I wouldn"t give them one star

I do not know I can use this words writing by Mohmoud Thabet I have all the original can send some one, they even say shitty *****g Amazon. "We are the one and only IPTV service provider in North America and western Europe, all what you see everywhere are working for us as a resellers" that their words. Jerry K.

Stay away from onaexpress

All the reviews I read are spit on! The service and the behaviour of the person (if he responds!) is unprofessional, rude, dishonest and unethical. I have lost my subscription once abruptly and the guy (his name appears as Mahmoud Thabet) was very indifferent and rude to say that’s what it is and you have to pay for new account and subscription. I gave him another chance and took an yearly subscription. It worked for a month with few glitches, but now every sunday it goes off, can’t see any channels, movies, videos. No response from him??? He does respond very quickly though if you want anew subscription. E-trf process ensures that we can’t get our money back either. Whether it’s a scam or not, it’s certainly not good to do business with. Stay away from it, I have never met such a rude, arrogant and abusive person. switching to other local subscribers based on referrals from friends.

Absolutely trash customer service. Asked about services to a number on whatsapp, as was listed by THEM on their Amazon ad. When asking question was told this number is not for chatting it is for getting activation codes only. When advised that they listed and I didn't go searching it was on them and that the rudeness lost a sale, to which they said they don't care, they're full. Many vulgarities followed from his end after he was blocked on WhatsApp through normal SMS.
