ONAIE slippers are wonderful!!

ONAIE slippers are wonderful!!
I am now on my second order so all the family can experience the soft sheepskin slippers for Christmas.
I get my shoes made for me by the hospital as I was born with a deformity to both feet. I have never been able to purchase slippers that fit and are comfortable before OANIE. To me they are magical!! I have even worn them in bed!!

Great product, wonderful customer service

I ordered two pairs of their boots but only one turned up. They dealt with my query quickly and in friendly manner - the second pair arrived soon afterwards.

An excellent shopping experience, I wish more were like this.

And the boots are fabulous, keep my feet nice and cosy whilst working from home.

Poor customer service/ returns policy

If you order and it goes smoothly, probably fine. I found the slippers small so returned (at my own expense) and requested a swap. It's been almost 4 weeks and still no confirmation that I will receive a size up or a refund. At this point I'd settle for either. Customer service is poor.

Beautiful Workmanship & 1st Class Customer…

Beautiful slippers & 1st Class Customer Service!

I recently bought some slippers from Onaie. Unfortunately the delivery service lost them. Contacting Eve at the Onaie office made up for the mishap. She resent the item, and even delayed posting as I was going to be away around the time they would have arrived. She was beyond helpful!

I was so thrilled with the warmth and quality of the slippers that I ordered a gilet too. This arrived on time in a sturdy box (with a thoughtful extra item - thank you!) This too is beautifully made, very warm and a welcome warm addition to my wardrobe, as it could be worn with pretty much anything.

I am sure I will continue to be a return customer!

Not bad at the end!

I ordered my sleepers in the hope that it is a genuine product. On the website it looks like it is light brown suede with white sheep fur but it isn't! It is a cheep suede with synthetic fell glued on the back side of the suede.
It is not all ! My sleepers had a big cut on it! At first I thought that it could have happened during shipping/delivery as the sleepers were wrapped poorly in just one paper bag but when I tuched it and looked at it closer I saw that it was glued with a patch of leather or another matterial on the back side! The white wooly synthetic fur as lining is glued on the back side of the suede cut so you don't see the cut from fur side but the cut is visible from the suede side of the sleepers!
However after me pointing out that on the Trustpilot the Onaie took responsibility, kindly refunded my money and gifted me the damaged sleepers so l didn’t need to deal with the hassle of returning so not bad at the end!

Great Company, even better slippers!

I saw an instagram post about these slippers a while ago and I finally bit the bullet and ordered a pair. They are the comfiest, warmest and most stylish slippers ever! I then placed an order for my mum for christmas, showed my colleagues at work and placed more orders as everyone loved them. 4 pairs in total, all on separate orders, after each order a lovely thank you email was sent, I replied to one asking if the slippers could arrive together for ease and they did, today. So much earlier than quoted too!
An overall great experience, SUPER friendly customer service and slippers that are fashionable but fit for purpose!

Ordered two pairs of Slippers

Ordered two pairs of Slippers, received only one . No refund for the others . The pair I did receive were tight on the toes and sloppy on the heels , so I want to return both at the same time but not received both ! What a shambles.Emails now being ignored. Never again !

Loved my slippers

Very impressed with my slippers. I ordered the sheepskin boots as I have feet that get very cold in winter so hoping they keep me nice and toastie. Delivery was extremely quick and the quality of the slippers is excellent. I was so impressed that I have ordered a pair for my friend.

Love the two wool gilets I ordered

Love the two wool gilets I ordered, can't wait for some cold weather! Good communication and fast dispatch, only let down by evri sending me daily notifications for four days to say that my parcel would be delivered that day and then not turning up. However, the gilets still arrived earlier than Onaie's estimate so all in all good service .

WARM Feet At Last ❤️

Constant spam emails despite unsubscribing

I bought some slippers from here once, they were fine. I’m infuriated by their spammy marketing emails which I’m pretty sure break GDPR guidelines. I’ve unsubscribed a bunch of times and they stop for a bit then I start getting emails again.

Poor customer services and slippers not as described

I ordered two pairs of slippers. Both were not as described and in my view poor quality. Onaie authorised the returns and a week after Evri returned them , I was still having emails asking me to post the slippers back. I queried with ‘customer service’ about having a refund for the postage but was told that this was not an option as I had not had the return authorised - despite following the return instructions on the website. Trading Standards stated that a good retailer would have refunded the postage. So no slippers and £5.35 out of pocket .
Having seen the reply from the retailer I have edited my review to say that the notification of the refund was received on the date of my review 23/09/2024 for the slippers so the narrative that they were delivered to the wrong address is nonsense.

I received some silly email about my ‘subscription’ to onaie after having unsubscribed years ago, and suddenly without doing anything, I’m on their mailing list. This feels like an invasion and puts me off purchasing from them again

Disappointed

I really wanted to love these slippers, the reviews looked great, images looked good so I was quite excited to place an order, that’s were the excitement ended.
The delivery time of 10 days was, in my opinion, rather excessive, they arrived stuffed into a bag that was far too small for them to be properly packed, for the price, I must admit I was expecting a box at the very least.
Upon opening I was so so disappointed they were thin, light and cheap, not a bit like I was expecting for the price and as I ordered my usual size 8 I at least expected them to fit but I can only think that they were sized wrongly because they were huge, I put 2 pairs of inner soles in to see if that would help but they were still far too big, I asked my husband ( who is a size 10) to try them for size and he could actually get them on, they were a bit tight but not by much.
Returns having to be paid for even though they are obviously faulty is ridiculous but I suppose it deters some people from sending them back.
I did write basically the same review as this on their site and it’s mysteriously gone missing and has been replaced by lots of people simply loving their slippers.
If they refuse to show ‘real’ reviews on their site they obviously have something to hide , in my opinion.
Wish I had of looked for reviews further than their deceiving page !

Yet Another Drop shipping Company

Ordered an item 15 days ago and had the first disappointment of my ordering experience to see that they used Evri as the delivery service.

The second disappointment and somewhat expected was to see the item had gotten lost through Evri (a common thing with this courier company).

Contacted the seller and the response was an instant replacement item to be sent, which was fine, however despite already waiting more than a week for the original item to arrive the sellers replacement item was sent using the same Evri standard delivery option, they couldn't even be bothered to spend that little extra amount and opt for the fast shipping to keep their customer happy.

I have already left an honest negative review on their website so let's see if they are a transparent business and will allow it on their website. If you don't see it, then you know how this game is being played.
