I am writing to validate the outstanding services of Sarah, the PA representative at the company, for her thorough work and meticulous ways of working when having to coordinate and book multiple clientele efficiently and securely. Her efforts and thorough planning, has not gone unrecognised both by clients and masseuse alike. She is hightly efficeint, able to multitask, and manages everything well She is always available and short notice and keeps clients up to date. This takes thorough planning, and is no easy task at hand, as am sure she is also managing meetings aswell as other adhoc duties too..

She is very personable, and undertanding, a listener to all, a true asset to Ondemand. Without her presence, things would not be the same. Thank you.

I had a few massages here in the past.

I recall 3, all of which were varied and 1 which never materialised which was appalling. The latter is the reason I give these guys 5 stars. The girl in question had been booked for 8pm. She texted me at that time to say she was running late. She came back to me to say she couldn't make it. I was furious, let the agency know. The following morning she text me to say I had missed out and how great she is blah blah blah. The agency took this serious and took her off their website and gave me 50% off.

The 3 massages that actually happened, River and Rachel were bad. River was really nice though but her massage was awful and clearly just a money grabber. The great massage I had was from a lady called Ella. Also, with this agency I never got the feeling extras were available. These lot are the most reasonable price wise too.
