The clothing is fine, however, they stole my credit card info.

I only used my card on their site, and once the charges started to come in and I did some digging, all the charges are from their home location of Saint-Laurent Quebec.

I know this because one charge was at Harvey's, I went to my local one and asked about the store number on my charge and lo and behold, Saint-Laurent, along with the few other 1$ tests to make sure it was a legit card.

When I contacted them about this, with proof from my searching AND my CC provider, the email was:

"HAHA. Such a bummer!! glad it's taken care of!!"

Six shirts at 70$ a pop Canadian, and that's what you get.

Avoid at all costs. I thought I finally found something worth it fit wise, not worth the headaches.

It has bothered me ALL year when I see their ads pop up, so here is my review for them.

Initial issues with the order and shipping; TLDR, I paid for express shipping, did not receive express shipping, and didn't receive my order until the week after needing it. Update since the order was received - I received follow-up from their customer support team, and am happy with the outcome. An explanation as to what happened would have been fine by me, but they went ahead and processed the shipping refund right away as well. Slow follow-up, great resolution.

In regards to the product itself; the hype is real. I personally think the price is still a little steep, but that won't be stopping me. I intend on trying all of their products, and eventually filling my entire wardrobe with OneBone. If you're just curious if the hype is real, and are looking for that extra to push you the purchase, this is it, they're 100% worth the try!

Unfortunately when I received mine they were hot garbage, sunmer 2021 I ordered 3 and well wore em once to try one and off to GoodWill they went after their way of fixing it was to offer me $5 discount code.
So I completely forgot about them, this week I got a IG ad and it was from them, I left a honest comment and they removed it, messaged me on Ig and instead of saying our bad he went into defense mode again.
Garbage quality and garbage customer service

Too many companies seem to think that making big/tall or plus size clothing is just about taking a regular pattern and drawing outside the lines to make it bigger. This results in giant neck holes, beachball-size hoods, and sloppy fluttery wide t-shirt sleeves that go down to the elbow. One Bone is doing things right. The shirts are sized up where they need to be, and fit properly where others do not - like they are actually designed for the bigger body! Nice material and workmanship and decent price point. Bought the scoop and the waffle weave as a test- will be ordering more for summer. Love that they are made in Canada too.
