Professional and Quality Service
The nurse and the follow up lab service was very professional, The result came through efficiently and within days. The initial result was next day. Lab report came with results and with very good detailed summary.

Quick and easy
Quick and easy booking and plenty of appointments to choose from. The staff at the Exeter branch were brilliant.
For 5 stars, information regarding preparing for the tests needs to be clearer. It's too generic and hidden away - should be set out in the booking email.

Decided to have a blood test done so drove to Exeter and used the walk in option and was seen straight away.
Results back by end of next working day very quick.

Friendly and professional staff
Friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and relaxed even though I'm quite nervous about blood being taken. Results were back within a couple of working days. Excellent service and will definitely use again.

It was very good experience. Easy to book and prices are very good.Phlebotomist was very nice and made good atmosphere so I felt comfortable.
Results come back very fast. I really recommend "one day test".

Had a great experience with One Day tests. Very professional from booking the appointment, having the blood taken and getting the results. Supportive and helpful aftercare/advice offered if needed as well.

Simple, easy, quick service.
I simply walked in and waited a very short time. Test was done. @ paid for. My test results were available a day later. Easy & quick service. Very nice staff too.
