I went along to my local One Day tests, what a difference in service and information. I was seen immediately, made to feel welcome, all of my questions answered helpfully.

The test was done in a small compartment of a multiple occupancy floor/rooms. The lady who did the test was very friendly and v professional. She informed me that the bloods would be taken at 2pm. I got the results at approx 1am in the morning. Good service. It’s just not the results I was wanting thou and painful receiving them.
