Charlotte was very friendly, helpful and efficient and I didn't feel a thing. All very quick and painless.

Martine was very professional but also very friendly- we don’t always get both together 🙄

I visit the Tunbridge Wells location once a year for a blood sample, and I’ve always had a great experience. From the convenience of being able to park right outside to the warm and friendly welcome, everything is always easy and reassuring.
They’ve recently moved to a different room within the building, and the new space is much more spacious and even nicer than before.
A special thank you to Martine for always being so friendly and welcoming. It’s very much appreciated!
