The phlebotomist was charming and caused no discomfort.
The results came very quickly and really this service could not have been better. I would really recommend.

One Day Test - Very happy to use them next time.

Very quick and efficient
Very quick and efficient. Results were very fast. Only thing missing was a summary of all the results in a single email or pdf. I went for the all in package and some test results came through separately.

I really liked the service. People were patient and helpful
I really liked the service. It was excellent and quick. Despite I was late the people were patient with me and provided a good service. Everything was quick and without complication. The blood test was quick and went well.

excellent service
The lady that did my blood sample at the London Victoria clinic was very very nice and kind. I think its the first time I have a blood sample taken that doesn't hurt. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I also got my blood tests results very quickly. Would definitely recommend that place and would go back if needed again.

Absolutely incredible experience
Absolutely incredible experience after dealing with some scary health stuff and needing some blood test. I was able to get my test done same day and the nurse who w doing my test was absolutely incredible, violet, was sweet compassionate, and overall such a huge comfort in such a scary time in my life. I could not recommend them more. I have a terrible fear of getting blood drawn, but violet was extremely gentle. overall such an amazing experience and highly recommend them.

I had to pay twice for blood sample
The practicioner who took sample blood was professional and I hardly felt the needle. However, I was not told that a certain blood sample must be submitted before 9am and therefore I submitted the blood at noon. I had to repeat it at my own cost which I am not happy about

For the test in question there is a Special Instructions section that tells you when the test should be taken and what other procedures need to be followed, such as fasting and so on. It is always important to check, as the results can be affected by time of day, supplements and so on.
