One Heritage Letting started from humble beginnings in 2013 as a family business in Wakefield originally offering our services to close friends and family from a kitchen dining table. With the steady introduction of new team members, One Heritage Letting rapidly gained traction and were able to create long standing relationships with both tenants and landlords alike firmly cementing our status in the Wakefield market. The vast knowledge of the surrounding area along with the highest levels of customer service meant One Heritage Letting saw new arrivals to the team alongside a dedicated Maintenance division to oversee all property repairs and maintenance. This also brought with it the start of the company\'s emergence into property renovation and soon a steady flow of high-spec residential renovations was hitting the markets receiving high praise from both investors and tenants. In the winter of 2018 One Heritage Letting saw the opening of their new Leeds office to serve the growing demand for the local area shortly followed by the expansion into ever growing powerhouses of Manchester and Sheffield. This coupled with an in-house cleaning team meant the company now had the full package to ensure landlord and tenant needs were now met under one roof. Fast forward to present day and One Heritage Letting now offers a high spec property development and management system to clients across the globe and firmly believes a personalised service and complete transparency is the benchmark for a long-standing relationship with all their clients.

Please do not believe One Heritage…

Please do not believe One Heritage (OH), its overseas company renamed as Zentra and also its branch Red Brick .

In May 2022, I purchased Red Brick Property, the Hong Kong branch of OH, an HMO (property that provides share houses) in Manchester City, England. At that time, the company claimed that within a few weeks The unit maintenance project was completed within 2.5 years, but the unit has not yet completed the project, which has taken 2.5 years. I have repeatedly urged, but the company said at the beginning of this year that it had financial problems during the construction period and therefore closed down. In addition, OH also hired a Building Control Agency, but news in June this year showed that Assent Building Control Limited's license would expire at the end of September, but OH only learned of this situation in recent months, and only informed me in November.

Now my HMO property has been purchased for 2.5 Years ago, I still haven’t obtained the Building Control qualification. My property has not been rented out and I have not received rent.

OH has also changed its name to Zentra Group in October. So far, it has not determined any pragmatic plan and just keeps delaying. This is an irresponsible company. , putting the customer’s right to know last, please do not choose OH or Red Brick or Zentra Company.

One of the worst worst worst worst…

One of the worst worst worst worst worst experience,

I generally never write like this
But because I suffers so much at that place where I was paying so
much of my money and there was no health safety.
The condition of the room was worst worst worst, I used to sleep in my friends room at the night time because the room condition was so bad, there was water dripping from the top floor, but the company doesn’t care about the health safety and anything. Still I used to pay my rent on time. Never ever got late.

And then when I left the room after giving proper notice they gave my security money after 4 month and after reminding them mNy many time and requesting them.

Also there was another guy in the same apartment who had the similar problem and he also left the room because of the letting company irresponsible behaviour.

Renting with One heritage

Hello. I rented a room with One heritage for a couple a months and I can’t say I had a good experience. Some of the employees were really rude on the phone. The house started to have really big issues and after reporting them almost all the time, some of them has been fixed after a few months. I have been lived in a few tenancies before but I never had issues with the house like in this case. They kept us without heat for 3 weeks. Hub was working sometimes..I am not recommending One Heritage.

Lazy!

Half arsed Letting Agents.They let the garden grow excessively without any care in the world. Health and safety issues, including a lose spotlight above my shower. Gas always running out, broken tv, cosmetic issues such as dirty walls. I have never experienced such a lazy company in my life, you tell them about the issues and they don’t even fix it. I wouldn’t recommend these people to a homeless shelter. I’m only here because I have a contract.

I used their property sourcing service…

I used their property sourcing service and bought the property they found. It required some major works, so I used their contractors. I continued through and used their property management including managing the tenancy.

My experience was very poor. There was a very long vacancy period. They were unable to prove to my satisfaction that the major works had been completed up to standard. By coincidence, I had to get a quote for a similar set of works at my London property and the price I paid to One Heritage Letting was much higher than the quote for the London price.

I don't believe they tried very hard to advertise my property, they used cropped portrait phone photos and the ad had numerous factual and copy errors. The tenant they found seemed very unsuitable and I raised this several times but they assured me over and over that they had done their suitable due diligence.

Well that tenant has stopped paying rent two months after he moved in. He quit his job and registered a business at our address which is against his tenancy agreement. I googled him and he has been convicted of DWI and also two fly-tipping charges.

Going with One Heritage Letting has been a huge financial mistake. I am no longer a customer. In total, I paid them £14,522.70 and over 8 months, I have received £995.60 from the property.

Cute

Cute, inteligent, attractive women whom I wish I could met once more in my life, let me feel like i'm home on very first day once I step in into the property. Answer all my question precisely. Can't wait to see her again 🙂. Overall quality services, prompt answers etc.

Chloe and Danny’s Excellent Service

Chloe was excellent throughout the process and went out of her way to help. Chloe was professional and nothing was too much trouble.

Danny from maintenance was awesome- he was polite , cheerful and professional ensuring the house was checked and in good working order.

Thank you both- you’re a credit to the company! Superb service.

One heritage Letting’s …

One heritage have been great towards ourselves, since moving into our home. Especially charlotte!! We’re working in the area from Newcastle, currently living in one of their properties instead of a hotel. Charlotte has made the transition easy, working with myself and my work. From sending over the required paperwork to meeting ourselves to move in, she’s been very professional. If you’re after a nice, easy, smooth move or move in?! Charlotte Is the person to see.

Bare minimum.

Having moved in over 6 months ago into a house share, there were/are a few issues within the property that needed sorting. Major issues such as pest control and damp/mould. It is now mid/late April and these issues have not been sorted. The house is a mess and whenever we contact them, nothing has been done. The bathroom was dirty when I moved in and I shall be leaving my room and bathroom in a better state than I found it. Also, my house mates already knew what my profession was before I moved in which is a breach of privacy and could have put me in a bad situation. Never again.

It was great knowing oneheritage and…

It was great knowing oneheritage and meeting Charlotte as well.i was tense at first because of pressure,but she guided me through everything n assisted me with my choices.
I will recommend oneheritage to anyone who wants to rent an apartment.

Slack at paying landlords what they are…

Slack at paying landlords what they are owned every month. Paying a maintenance fee every month and they carnt do this even properly.
Great for getting tenants in etc but the fees are very expensive and you expect better service.

Great company and services

Easy going.

Charlotte was brilliant!

Charlotte has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was lovely at the viewing, made sure all my questions were answered, kept me up to date with what was happening and was helpful with getting me moved in quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a lovelier person to have helped me out!

Excellent service received!

Chloe was our point of contact for leasing out our new house - she is very approachable, helpful and friendly. Chloe always comes back to any queries quickly and helped make the process run very smoothly. Would highly recommend!
