Started last August, still not completely finished. Full of lies and false promises. Do not recommend.

Purchased a swim spa in October 2024 with a promised 3–6 month timeline. We are now in January 2026 and the project has taken over 15 months and is still unresolved.

From the start there were repeated errors with drawings and measurements, resulting in multiple dig-outs, additional contractor costs, and delays — all at my expense. Despite several pre-assessments, I was repeatedly told the hole was the incorrect size, leaving us without proper guidance or on-site support.

Deliveries were poorly managed. The first delivery team arrived on a small trailer which I was told I had to pay for, without suitable tools, damaging the spa, which had to be returned for repairs. A later delivery caused damage to garden walls, landscaping, and gates. A refund request was declined despite the issues.

The plant room, pipework, electricals, heating, and control systems have all had ongoing faults, incorrect specifications, and repeated replacements. The heat pumped installed is inadequate for ratio of pool capacity. The pool surged constantly, electricity costs have mounted, and further major works are still required.

Communication has been extremely poor: no single point of contact, staff unaware of ongoing issues, missed appointments without notice, and constant chasing. The owner is difficult to contact and reception staff have no resolution other than to contact Darren.

Overall, this has been a very stressful, expensive, and disappointing experience that does not reflect what is advertised. I would urge potential customers to proceed with extreme caution.

The Company has now informed me that they will try and resolve by ordering replacement parts but still awaiting for someone to arrive.

Just had our pool completed by Darren and team, 5 Star service,6 weeks, from start to finish, kids love it already. Would highly recomend One Pool Spa.

After 7 months of hell, we have finally parted ways with this cowboy pool supplier, I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent company as One pool and spa, £66,000 later we have been left with a half finished pool with several faults that they are unable to fix, we have had to spend ££££'s on remedial works and now we are using an alternative pool company to finish the project, I whish i had done my research before sending them the deposit, they have been liquidated several times and the director has been stuck off by companies house. we are perusing a claim through the courts for a refund as they have made no effort to agree a resolution.

I recently had a pool supplied and installed by One Pool and Spa, and I am really happy with the entire experience from start to finish. The team provided first-class service, and I felt looked after throughout the process.

Stay away from this company! Swimming pools which were paid for in full over 12 months ago have still not been delivered/completed.
So many false delivery dates - guys on site ready for installations only for no one to show up on the day (this has happened over and over and over again)
The company is starved of cash and struggling to operate and there appears to be unpaid wages hence the false delivery dates.
This company is relying on new deposits to fund finishing off existing contracts which have already been paid for in full.
Please do not give this company your money.

This was my first time using one pool and spa and I can honestly say it’s some of the best customer service I have received, from the very initial enquiry right down to delivery I can’t fault them.
The pool I received was beautifully designed and just how I requested, the quality was second to none.

I would definitely recommend!
