My 1-2 day delivery arrived 7 days…

My 1-2 day delivery arrived 7 days later!!
Although sent via Amazon delivery, who delivery to my area 7 days per week, I didn't receive it until 7 days later!! Company not interested in investigating & refuse to refund extra postage costs.

sorry for the delay caused by the courier, we dont refund postage fees if deliveries arrive outside of estimated delivery times as they are estimated and not guaranteed

Don’t order from this company I ordered…

Don’t order from this company I ordered sweets to be delivered by evri had a message from Amazon to say the parcel was being delivered checked the tracking and got to Bristol with no other tracking I contacted one pound sweets and the answer was it’s out of our hands deliveries are estimated great help not delivered today after paying for 1-2 day delivery will not order again very poor customer service

Worst Customer Service EVER. Don’t use this company

Very Disappointed ordered from this company as they advised Evri as their courier company, sadly it was Amazon, (and Amazon can’t find our address) I contacted the company immediately and was told can’t cancel order and order will arrive I explained my concerns and the reply was just plain rude !
As predicted Amazon didn’t manage to find my address and GPS shows they were in the location so £32 worth of sweets & snaks for Father’s Day lost !!
One pound sweets shops response ????? They were near your location!!!

Yea really good value for money and got…

Yea really good value for money and got some of my favourite childhood sweets . Also really fast delivery will be placing another order next month as well if I can ( because all the sweets will be gone befor then ) and got a free drink with my order.

Good experience - Recommend seller

Genuinely surprised to be writing this. 1st time buying, very sceptical purchase of extremely reasonably priced snacks.
Standard Delivery was swift, goods arrived well packaged and as described.
Highly recommend and will buy from again.
