I had Shabina for a week intensive course and she was so brilliant. She was funny, kind and really pushed me to sharpen my skills. Learning to drive is a stressful experience but she made it clearer and easier, so that when it came to test day the test was absolutely nothing to worry about!

Completed a one week Intensive with Luke Gill. Great guy and really good teacher. Passed my test first time with only a couple of minors. Really happy with how it all went.

2nd time pass today with my instructor Adnan Bhatti in Norwich! He's been incredibly kind, gentle and patient with me every step of the way. Everything was explained very clearly and in a way I would understand. His calm attitude provided a great environment to help me overcome any nerves. And he remained supportive and encouraging the whole way through, especially when I made mistakes.

OneStop will be highly recommended to all my friends! Thank you!!

1st time practical test passed today thanks to Luke Gill at OnestopIntensives. I chose Luke at OnestopIntensives as my brother has passed 1st time with Luke. The course is exceptional value, with ease of booking. Luke has been a brilliant instructor. Very friendly and creates a lovely relaxed approach to driving. I had very little driving experience before I started with Luke and lacked driving confidence, however I gained confidence really quickly thanks to his tuition. 10/10 for everything OnestopIntensives have done. Thank you Luke for helping me through both Theory and Practical tests and all within 16 weeks of turning 17. For anyone wanting an intensive course I would highly recommend OnestopIntensives and Luke Gill to get you through the process.

I completed my intensive course in Great Yarmouth / Lowestoft with Wayne, and have had a mixed experience overall. The intensive course itself was good and covered most of what I needed to know, and my instructor did a good job at helping me get test-ready, so thank you Wayne for that 😊

In terms of what could be improved, it comes down to communication and organisation. It can be impossible to reach the office by phone, and you need to contact someone like your instructor directly for anything to get done. Also, a lot of things get left to the last minute, which shows me that maybe the organisational aspect of the company could be improved - I had some hours remaining from my intensive which the company only arranged to complete at the last minute, on the morning of my test (there were some difficulties with me being disabled and this affecting when I could take my test, which was a learning curve for the company, but the organisation of the remaining hours should still have been dealt with sooner to avoid stress). I also struggle with making phone calls as I’m autistic, and I didn’t really feel like this was taken into consideration all of the time, as when key decisions had to be made I was only contacted by telephone, which the company knew I wouldn’t cope with.

Overall, I would say this is a good option for completing an intensive course, but there are definitely some areas of improvement for the company, which I hope they will work on moving forwards :)

my driving instructor wayne hunter, was very patient and taught me with detailed explanations. he also made the car a very open space for me to ask questions when needed and to reflect on my errors without feeling embarrassed. i learned how to drive quickly without feeling pressured and i recommend one stop intensives services highly.

The support, patience and encouragement of the driving instructors has enabled me to pass my test today and I couldn’t have done it without the support of the company. I would highly recommend OneStop to any new drivers who want to pass as soon as possible.

I did a intensive driving course with this company and would recommed them 100% my driving instructor Graeme was brilliant could not have asked for better I’m a a nervous person Graeme sorted that and he explained everything I needed to do to pass my course thank u so much Graeme and onestop I’ll be in contact when my son turns 17

In terms of getting passed, it’s not a scam and you will get there.. eventually. The website says 21 days wait for a test and I understand the back log and troubles getting tests, but intensive courses are meant to have a test at the end of your course week. I waited 3 months to do my test and had to pay for more hours. You can never get hold of the company through phone or text, unless you email them and usually get a reply within a couple days, but sometimes not even there. The instructors are self employed and you basically get flogged off onto them after signing up. The company itself is badly run and needs a lot of improvement and honesty about wait times on their website to save upsetting people waiting and waiting. I did my course in Hull and I had a lovely instructor called Kristen, I would recommend her to anyone she is very kind and talkative, keeps you confident and comfortable, is a very good instructor and is so easy to get along with. The company gets 2 stars, but from my experience the instructors get 5!

Just passed my driving test, first time. Teacher Wayne Hunter was really excellent. Had me always feeling relaxed. Taught me with clear instructions. Really happy with experience.

Mark (who teaches for Onestop in Bury St) has been the best driving instructor I could have asked for. I was a very nervous driver initially, and was very sceptical I would be able to pass. But Mark's teaching method, his patience, and overall approach, is second to none and I passed today first-time with no minors! I couldn't believe it. Thank you Mark, and thank you Onestop.

Just passed my test this morning, had the best driving experience with this company. A big thank you to Jason Keyte who really helped me become a confident driver, I have had many driving instructors before, but by far he has been the best one. A really positive person and a very patient instructor to, he helped me believe in myself, so thank you very much !!! I highly recommend him !!! 😊

Just finished my intensive driving course with my instructor Wayne Hunter in Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft and it's been a brilliant week! Wayne is an amazing instructor. Was very patient with me and gave me some great encouragement. We covered everything I possibly need for my test. Even did a couple mock tests, of which I passed one today! Now to wait for a date for my test! Highly recommend OneStop intensives and Wayne in particular.

I recently passed my driving test and I couldn’t be happier! My instructor(Luke Gill) was amazing from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, stayed patient with me, and helped me build confidence behind the wheel. Thanks to his guidance, I passed on my first try with him!
I honestly recommend him to anyone learning to drive — he makes the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. Super grateful!

I had my my driving test in Lowestoft today and passed first time with only 2 minors, highly recommend my instructor Wayne Hunter who put me at ease straightaway, he was great at showing me physically any maneourves I was unsure of, I would 100% recommend Wayne to anybody wishing to learn to drive
