Scammers, took my money for a family pack of medication then claimed it was a single, despite the listing and picture clearly stating otherwise and the price actually being more than other places but I went with them for the fast delivery which still took a week. They refuse to acknowledge their errors. Avoid at all costs unless you want a headache

Makes Yol wonder when going through the payment motions and come to the post code bit that says find my address and the fact the address detail changed 2 years ago and the Royal Mail national system is regularly updated and this company hasn’t even bothered to get the latest info still with the wrong address makes me wonder if the albys ars just gangsters 4ukSake

Bought Scholl compression socks. Toes unravelled on first wash. Emailed company. AI reply saying returns policy doesn't cover product after washing. Damage only done when socks washed as per instructions. Socks obviously faulty and not fit for purpose. Emailed (same AI response each time) and phoned further three times. Customer service doesn't speak on the phone one of their pharmacists told me. Trading Standards next step.
