As clearly outlined under the "How It Works" section on our website, a £5 rejection fee applies in certain circumstances—such as when orders are submitted with false or incomplete information, or when they are rejected on medical or clinical safety grounds. Every prescription consultation is carefully reviewed by our qualified prescribing team in accordance with strict clinical and legal requirements.

Thank you for your message.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.

After thoroughly reviewing your case, we can confirm that the item you returned to us was not the item we dispatched, nor was it a product from our stock. Additionally, the item received was opened, used, and not in a resellable condition.

We must respectfully clarify that all our products are dispatched in sealed, brand-new condition, and we take great care in ensuring order accuracy. Upon return, our team documented the condition of the item, including photographic evidence, which clearly shows it had been used and was not the original product sent.

As a result—and in line with our returns policy—we were unable to issue a refund or replacement.

We regret that this matter has caused frustration, but we stand by our handling of this situation and are confident that the correct item was sent from our end.
