I ordered a product on 28th May.. still not received it, sent an email but no reply till now… Order #274898

my First order placed with online Pharmacy 4U. Had a query regarding my order with my address. sent a message with my full address and got a quick reply . my order arrived very quickly received excellent service. Will have no hesitation in using Pharmacy 4U again. would certainly recommend Pharmacy 4U.

I ordered some medicated patches on Saturday 24th May 2025, a Bank Holiday Weekend.
I had a query which was resolved quickly by e-mail and the patches were delivered this morning, Thursday 29th May by Royal Mail.

I accept that some of the complaints on this site might well have been justified but think it fair to say that my experience was excellent

Products arrived on time and as described but their returns procedure is incomprehensible. I bought 4 boxes of Doublebase "Dayleve" Gel which closely resembled Doublebase Gel. It was unfortunately a much greasier version but have had no luck trying to return the 3 unopened boxes. ie no reply to my queries on their on line form

1st degree rogues!!! Avoid like the plague!!!

Ordered some medication online 23rd April 25.
The site claims delivery in 3 to 5 days!!!
Nothing seen after 2 weeks. Have emailed the company twice and tried to call them with no success!!! Still waiting for my money back or the medication!!! Will now instigate a Trading Standards investigation into this company!!!

I'm afraid your reply won't wash!!!
Full details of my order have been available since day one of placing the order online (23rd April 25) which include the order number, my postal address, my email address and phone number!

Website is easy to use, wide range of products. My order was processed quickly and arrived to the delivery service (Royal Mail) promptly. When Royal Mail failed to deliver the customer service at pharmacy4u we’re really helpful. I will definitely use this company again

ordered a product, paid, was rejected and promised refund in 24-48 hours, still waiting, another online scam. There is one guy running this show and he doesn't even have the decency to reply to any queries, I have reported him to the General pharmaceutical council and am going to write him at his address which is public knowledge from Companies house, I suggest we all start bombarding him with accountability letters recorded delivery of course and lets have some accountability out of this robbing piece of scum.

My biggest mistake was not checking reviews before placing my order, this is supposed to be a reputable pharmacy.
Seems like it happens quite a lot. I ordered several items but received just the one.
The customer covers the cost of postage anyway so I don't understand the mishap. I won't be a returning customer. Very disappointed.

I place a simple order for some Blistex lip creams a week ago now. My money was taken immediately and an on screen confirmation shown, however, I still have yet to receive any emails, confirmation or otherwise, from this company.

I have emailed them twice to ask for the confirmation email as well as details on when I can expect to receive my items. Absolute crickets...

I've tried calling their customer service line but each option just directs you to send an email which they claim they will reply to within a few working hours - they must work less than an hour a day considering I've now been waiting more than 3 days for a reply to my first email. You cannot speak to a human being at all.

I believe that this is a fraudulent company and I will be submitted a chargeback through my bank.

On the 12th of May 2025 I have placed an order FOR DEXCOM PLUS ONE but the autofilling system put the wrong delivery address. I have sent various emails but they hadn't replied yet or sent the item either. It has been 3 days now. I've sent all the orders details information but no reply yet. I'm very disappointed

I placed an order with Online Pharmacy 4U on 25/04/2025, spending £198.95. They cancelled the order without explanation, and from that point on, completely ignored all communication. I emailed multiple times—no reply. I called their number—no one answers and you can’t even leave a message. Total silence.

After waiting patiently and being ignored, I reported the issue to my bank, Lloyds, which thankfully refunded me in full. Lloyds is now investigating the company and will deal with them directly. I’ve also begun the process of filing a complaint with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Online Pharmacy 4U’s customer service is non-existent, their practices are unprofessional, and their handling of refunds is borderline fraudulent.

Avoid them at all costs. This company should not be allowed to operate under such appalling standards.

Delivered wrong item
Ordered paracetamol liquid for my 4 year old autistic grandson . They delivered a solution for over 6 year olds.
Dangerous error
No offer of apology or what they would do to resolve. Just wanted a photo to prove we weren’t lying

They sent me a message that I’m not a customer of theirs despite having contact from them and asking for photos

Horrible experience. I ordered a hypoallergenic milk for my son 2 weeks ahead of when I expected to need it, and it still hasn’t arrived and I don’t know what we’re going to do this weekend. I spent £400 on it and have had to place another order through another site so I can get some sense of when it will arrive. I have no idea if the original order will arrive as it said it was shipped on April 15th but no one has been able to confirm that. Given they deal with sensitive medical products and seem to have no interest in delivering in a timely manner (if at all, we shall see), I would avoid at all costs. Like others I tried to call and there is no response, and when I was finally able to get through the person was NHS and couldn’t help with my order, and admitted there was no help line for non-NHS orders.

I paid for a prescription which they subsequently rejected for a reason I do not understand. They then took an age to refund me and deducted a £10 admin fee. My prescription was accepted at the next online pharmacy I applied to. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere, this company is rubbish.

I ordered about £50 worth of items 3 days ago. Immediately after the online order, I got an email to ask to confirm my payment detail before the transaction can be completed. I thought this was strange, as normally you get a confirmation of your order.
So, trying to call customer service, but unfortunately, no one be able to answer as it was a weekend. Cannot leave a message as the answering machine was full. But it did ask to send enquiry via an email. After reading all the negative comments I was convinced it was a scam.
But, I thought let's wait till Monday. Phew! I got confirmation email that my order had been dispatched and delivered on Wednesday.

SCAM WEBSITE! DO NOT TRUST!

I ordered:
2x 25g of diphenhydramine hydrochloride cream

I got:
1x 25g of mepyramine maleate cream

I sent an email because no one answers the phone, if you don't trust me, try the number on the website yourself for a general inquiry.
The email reply said:

"We appreciate your business and value your trust in our products and services.
We would like to inform you that, due to current manufacturing shortages in the marketplace, the brand of the product you ordered did state that brand may vary on the description. While we strive to provide the exact brands listed on our website, these shortages sometimes necessitate the use of alternate, high-quality brands to fulfil orders promptly. If you read the item description is does clearly also state that brand may vary."

They clearly didn't even read the email and this is just an automated response they're sending out to everyone who's getting the wrong products. What they're basically saying is the equivalent of "we don't have paracetemol so here's some ibuprofen". It's not the same!

They're not answering phone calls and not responding to further emails so I am not reporting this via Citizens Advice.

They will likely say to me "real reviews are available at [reviews io/company-reviews/store/online-pharmacy4u co uk]" but I've checked my order emails and the site itself and there's no link provided to give a "genuine" review on that site.

My order number is #262827, I ordered on 06/04/25 and if anyone is concerned that I'm not genuine, you can email me at cdmciver at gmail dot com and I'll send you pictures of my "brands may vary" order.

If they're a legit company and they do actually follow through with this complaint, I'll update this post.

If CAB give me any updates, I will also update this post so everyone can see that this is genuine.

After seeing the reply below, I am adding this update.

I did not hesitate to reach out, I am still waiting for a reply to that email.

Additionally, as I mentioned in the earlier review, they have still failed to address the fact that I was only sent 25g instead of the 50g that I ordered and have made no offer to rectify this issue.

You simply ignored what I asked you to do. I asked you to cancel the order and in your greed you ignored my request and process the order anyway. Not to worry, the medication is inappropriate and your pharmacist should have recognised that. I will be making a complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council so the couple of pence you earned in profit will be worth nothing compared to dealing with the administrative burden of my complaint. It would have been better to listen to your customer!

update - Before you post claiming that you don't use Trustpilot well then why are you posting. Nobody uses the other site you suggest because you manipulate the reviews. Although not fully free, TP at least publishes some part of the truth. So come on, tell me how you don't use Trustpilot but be honest and say it's because you cannot control the reviews! By the way your order arrived today and was poor quality and overpriced

Very easy to find exactly what I was looking for and delivered to my door in a couple of days.

Great service and will definitely use again.

i purchased a skin cream, it was in a blue box on the picture and they sent me a completely different one it was in an orange box and was a different cream to the one i ordered! which incidentally i could have bought from my local chemist a 100m down the road for half the price! when i complained they said they had ran out of stock for the one i ordered so without asking me if the orange one would be ok they just posted it to me! then they came out with a jaw dropping statement and said that the brand may vary iv heard of the color may vary but not the brand mind you they said that was written in the smallprint!!..i asked for the right item to be posted or a refund,they refused both, citing that i should have read the small print!..to me this is just bad buisiness sense? just thought i would share this.

I placed an order and had a query, so I emailed Pharmacy 4U and they replied almost immediately, to my satisfaction. They attached a picture of my parcel in the secure place at my home.
Great after sales service.
My order was delivered a couple of days after it was placed.
I will buy from them again.
