Prices and selection is very good, however the speed of delivery is very slow. I couldn't use online fixings when I need something fast.

I thought the price was alright untill you hit me with a ten pounds delivery fee and it was supposed to be next day delivery and it didn't arrive until 3 days after

thankyou for your review Paul - all reviews are helpful to us to maintain our standards and if needed, set some new ones - I am sorry that you feel that the postage was high but it reflects the costs incurred to us from DPD and Timco for these smaller orders - We do offer free postage on all orders above £75 - I will investigate the delay on the delivery - our aplogies for this inconvenience - we were unaware of this delay
