I was looking for a spare of an item that was out of stock so I made contact via online chat. Orlagh could not have been more helpful. Great customer service
I ordered online on a Friday afternoon but then rang them about 4.30 to make sure my items would arrive for the date my electrician was due. A very helpful, pleasant man on the phone checked my order and said he would ensure it got out. on Monday. My items arrived very well packaged on the Weds. Very pleased with the service. Thanks very much to the helpful person who answered my call.
