Efficient, professional, well-explained process. Very reasonable fees as well. Works for non-US residents and non US citizens and identity verification was a breeze. Their notaries are US resident and licensed. Very fast and helpful customer service. Perfectly ontime appointment, easy to schedule, and over in minutes. Their website clearly describes what they do and how the process works. They only want your credit card after the document has been notarized. This is a very welcome difference to the other online notary services that I ran across which wanted your card just to even book an appointment. Notarization was done by an actual licensed notary and I had my document digitally signed in download-able immediately after making my payment after the appointment. Very highly recommend. Don't settle for less.

First, the notary called into the session from her car. I can only hope she wasn't driving.

Next, she disconnected three times

Then, she said it was complete and we would receive a payment link.

After 3 rounds of instant messaging, we finally received a payment link that worked.

Then we paid, and were supposed to get a link to d/l the notarized doc. We didn't

We were sent another manual link and after downloading, the document was BLANK. Literally, nothing we signed or notarized was saved or visible.

We finally received the notarized doc. it is now 90 minutes after we began

I honestly can't recall ever using a service that performed so consistently poorly.

Such an easy process to get the time scheduled, and they worked directly with our client, but kept us in the loop. Payment was easy and we received the notarized documents immediately. The cost for the service is very reasonable.

OMG, where do I start? First off, as a non-US citizen or resident, I found it difficult finding a notary in the US that can process requests from non-US citizens. Their website is amazing. It was very clear and easy to navigate. All of my questions were answered on their pages.
After I submitted my documents, George wrote to me telling that he applied my passport ID to the required form (something I wasn't able to do at my end). That was unexpected and very much appreciated.
