Only Once Dress Hire Opiniões

The most beautiful dress!!!
Thank you for your wonderful service and for the gorgeous dress. it was perfect.

Lottie was brilliant and fast in replying to all emails! Loved my dress and will definitely be using this website again. Thank you!

I had the best experience in renting a dress for a very special occasion! Lottie provides an absolutely faultless service. The dress arrived promptly and beautifully packaged with a handwritten note. A delightful touch! The dress itself was perfect and I felt amazing in it. Only Once Dress Hire was exceptional in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and to use their service for my next rental. I have had a very bad experience with another rental service and the contrast between the two couldn’t be more stark. Thank you Lottie and Only Once Dress Hire!

Amazing service from Lottie and the team. Absolutely loved the dress and the back up service was very helpful!

Amazing!

Such a good customer service and so helpful. Had been let down by a DIFFERENT dress hire company very last minute and came across Only Once Dress Hire. Dress arrived early and it is just perfect.

Thank you

Incredible dresses
Brilliant communication Lottie is amazing!

Lottie & Only Once has been amazing from the get go. This was my first time renting a dress for a close family wedding. I am between sizes which nearly put me off trying renting due to the short notice of being able to find something else - but Lottie was great, she sent the dresses out a couple of days earlier than expected & sent a complimentary back up dress due to a couple of creases in the L’idee I had ordered. The back up option is great and definitely worth doing!

Iv never had so many compliments on a dress, I felt very Carrie Bradshaw. Also knowing that nobody else is likely wearing the same thing ordered from ASOS etc (& better for the planet!!)

Thanks so much, I will absolutely recommend Only Once dress hire

Needed a dress for my hen and wanted something that really stood out. Couldn’t have been happier with the dress I received, got so many compliments!! The dress came in such good condition and was an easy process to order and return. Will definitely be ordering off here again!

The most amazing service and experience using Only Once! Will definitely be using them again for any future events I have. The dress was perfect!

I needed a dress for a formal last minute and found this website online, I ordered the dress and it came the next day! The dress was in excellent condition and came with a bag to return it. Overall I had a fabulous experience with Only Once and will definitely be using this site again. I would recommend anyone to try it as it took the stress and some monetary expenditure out of my event.

Amazing service, and brilliant idea for hiring outfits. Great communication also & super fast delivery. The outfit was stunning and really good size quality . Would highly recommend & will be using again soon !!

Excellent for our recent wedding from ONLY ONCE
Thanks for the extra effort

At first I was hesitant about hiring a dress from a hire website but the rat & boa dress I wanted for my 30th has been sold out for months so I decided if I wanted to be fabulous this was the only way how. I think I always thought whatever you got from a hire website wouldn’t have that Brand new look but I was totally mistaken. The dress came and you never ever would have thought it had been worn before. It arrived 2 days early which I really appreciated because I was worried I might have to find back up if it didn’t fit but it fit like a glove !!! Lottie has been super attentive, the customer service has been brilliant. I am thrilled with the service OODH have given me and I have advised all of my friends go down this route now rather than wasting money on things we’ll never wear again (most women are like this, admit it) :P thank you so so much ! You will be seeing more of me in the near future.

Hired the most stunning dress for a family wedding and everyone commented on it - I’ve recommended this site to all I know. Super efficient service and very reasonable. The dress was sent to my home and I returned it in the box provided. Will define using this site again. Thank you Lottie.Cx

Fantastic service from start to finish!

Lottie thanks for all your help with sorting a new dress for me, honestly I absolutely loved the new dress more than the old and I've told everyone I know about your service. Thanks again your kind of service is something that should be noted and raved about, I'll be back!
