Weird email from customer support
Only phones allowed me to create multiple accounts since last year. Now, that I changed my phone numbers to those accounts for personal reasons, instead of fixing the issue as in changing the number on their end or in their system, they sent me an email asking me, why I have multiple accounts with different numbers in their system? What a weird question to ask me? You allowed it, you okayed it, you didn't care, so what's the issue? Just update my phone number on file.
On only phones there isn't anything that says to people who sign up that they can't update or change their phone number. She told me she hopes technical closes my accounts. Shes always had an attitude even through emails.Today 1/16/2025 a rep from there got smart with me. She had an attitude. Originally a call was set up for today at 11 pm est, when I answer, she instantly had an attitude. She ask me was Everything working fine, I told her yeah. Then she went in again saying, I have multiple numbers like I have 5,10,20+, then proceeded to get smart with me. I'm confused. I'm making a complaint because this is unacceptable for a customer service agent. I can't be the only one either
