I had fraud on my account 26 working day ago ,I've rang 5 times nothings been sorted, the 5th time I rang the lady spoke to her supervisor and he said it's been over 21 days it should of been sorted then she said I will definitely re receive an email with the out come on the 17th of April which was the day I rang ,she then asked me if I wanted to put a complaint in but I said no because they was sending a email that day with the outcome ,guess what no email received ,terrible company and I will after wait until the 20th of April to ring again for them to tell me more lies

Ive had a card with onto since June 2023, credit limit started at £1500, increased to £2000, then £2400 which was fair given my slowly but improving credit score, but, APR suddenly went from 24.9% when I joined to 51.99%, I've had no recalled direct debits, no missed payments, no negativity on this card or my other credits, my balance has always been below 20% of the limit, now cancelled the card this apr is unacceptable and they are preying on those that can not get credit elsewhere.

A little dubious at all these people being accepted this week with this company as according to their site when I’ve tried to apply, they aren’t accepting any new applications. Even when a credit reference agency says you’re 100% approved I still keep getting the same message

Please avoid this company
As i been conned by this cimpany
Taking 84.00 for no reason and when phoned got no where also taking 1.00 daily charges and when asked no reason given
And at moment seeking legal advice
Please be aware and stay clear
