This is very easy to use and 100x’s better than traditional cable. We are enjoying the service and have shared the app with several friends and family who signed up. Also great that you get a free trial before purchasing. Customer service was easy to reach and you can’t beat the price.

Two months in and very happy
After considering using an IPTV service, I was overwhelmed by all of the offerings. I chose onthego simply because they offer a free ten day trial with no credit card required. This seemed like a no-brainer because I didn't want to share my card info with some random company.
I was pleasantly surprised! The service has been quite good and the offerings are amazing. Live sports, international networks, movies, news, etc.
Chat agents are always responsive and helpful.
Definitely worth it for the price. I just paid for my second month of service.

The customer service was satisfactory
The customer service was satisfactory, and the TV service was decent as well. This morning, I discovered that I had no TV service, so I reached out to customer support. They claimed I disputed the charge. However, when I checked with my bank, they confirmed there was no dispute on their end, leaving me confused about the situation. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
