Used this company to do our mortgage renewal. After taking £495 up front for their fee before starting any work. Decided it wasn't right for us and requested refund. Was told max of two weeks for the return of the fee. Still waiting and chases after 3 weeks. Will not be returning to this company again. Will get my refund from a section 75 charge back.
I am a very happy customer. Both Charlie Cook and Niki Waite went above and beyond with the application and kept me sane during the waiting period. A 5 star rating for both. Many thanks, Simon.

A broker was able to help me get a mortgage in principle and answered all the questions I had about getting a mortgage (bearing in kind I had no knowledge on the subject to begin with - they were incredibly helpful!) I’ll definitely be back when i have found my house!

After 2 months of wasted time with my broker I googled for help. Loan.co.uk put my enquiry thru to On The Money. Charlie had me a deal the next day. When this wasn't accepted a new deal followed swiftly. Danielle's support was excellent, flagging up when I needed to action things kept me well in line with my completion schedule.
