I THOUGHT I ORDER THE LARGE ONE , UNAWARE THAT THERE WERE VARIOUS SIZES. ABD OF COURSE I RECEIVED A VERY small size .when i pay for the one y'all advertised. Very disappoint :)

I'd give them a 0 star review if I could. I ordered what seemed to be (as depicted on their website) these giant solar sunflowers that made a beautiful display on the ground. After a long long wait, I received a puny set of 2 solar sunflowers that in no way resembled the displayed item I ordered. I read their 100% satisfaction claim if the item was "not as described / depicted and when I asked for a refund I was told they'd sent the correct item and would be willing to give me 3 USD!

Package sent late January and says “in transit” since 2/8/26. Package has never arrived and this company will not resolve the lost transaction with a refund. Very poor customer service; and will not own up to their errors. Never trust this company and run away if this is the company that you are dealing with. I had to put a fraud alert on my cc to get my money back. I believe this is a fraudulent company in name only. Stay away and order from someone else.

Total scam. I believe they create a fake tracking record. It has been 7 weeks since my order, and nothing...besides I have written to them couple of times. My mistake was buying thru their Facebook ads. Never again.

If I could give then 0 star I would. I ordered a valentine’s day gift card on January 9th, it’s now February 22nd and no card I’ve email them multiple time’s I no longer want or need the card and would like refund and there response it’s were tracking the item and it’s still on the way. Looks like I’m never going to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION! If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered my product January 8, 2026. I paid extra for express shipping so it would arrive in 7 to 10 days. I received tracking status for weeks until it stopped in Boston, and never left since Feb. 6th. I reached out to Customer Support. To their credit, they responded and said they would send a second shipment. To this day February 17th 2026, I have not received any notification of shipment, nor emails indicating this product was shipped. I told them this was unacceptable and I want a refund. I have not received a response. Chalking this up as a loss. Sad.
