I greatly appreciated the ability to do a screen share support call. I tend to be more visual with some things, and this was one of those times. It was helpful to have Saif share his screen and show me the steps needed to fix the problem I was having!

Growing to love the platform and all of the features including the CustomerSupport. Had a telesupport meeting today and it was great. Showed me where to find the information myself while also guiding me through the steps. Provided a demo with notes and was personable. Very much "on it" despite the early hour. Thank you.

Ontraport has been a true partner for us, in good times and in bad. We have recently suffered a setback due to the winter storm that hit Texas and needed to conserve cash flow for our business. I had asked that billing be paused for our account and the approved the request with some very kind words for us that means the world. This is a class-act company!

We needed to extract list and put it in an excel form and no body in your team where able to tell us how to do it in a way that names, tel where in different cells. We figure it out by ourself.
We do a event with a number of seats, and it's impossible to have a count down on the sells.
As for the customers service, the staff is always nice and the time to get an answer is very fast.

I've been an Ontraport customer for over 10 years. The platform is constantly improving and adding new features. The functionality is incredible! It's not hard to learn technically, but there is a learning curve and a lot.
I'm loving the new kits to install a whole system including landing pages, emails and campaigns within minutes. It's so much easier to have an integrated and functioning system up and running.
One of the things I love most is the knowledgeable and playful team. They're never too "professional" to have a good time and show some personality, which makes every interaction more enjoyable.

Saif is always clear, calm, and tremendously helpful. I can always count on him to resolve my tech issues and answer questions when I'm super stressed over a problem that arises. Plus I learned about more features to make the most of my Ontraport account because he's always open to questions and doesn't make you feel rushed.

The fantastic support team at Ontraport jumped right on my self-induced configuration problem and offered relevant solutions. So often it feels like support / service desks are only responding off a Tier 1 script. That isn’t the case with this team. They actually engage and seek to understand.

In the world of tech stuff, its guaranteed that something will go wrong. It's just a matter of time. The difference is, and this 20+ years of experience talking.
When the stuff hits the fan. Does your provider have your six ( as in backside) . 1. Do they answer the call. 2.Do the try to do something to help. 3. Are they there anytime you need them. 4. Do the sound like they actually care. 5. Will the CEO ping you about it on Facebook. He will actually tell you if there was a major problem and let you know they are working to resolve it. Will he also call you out as well if you are talking smack. That is why the five stars. There would be more, but you only offered a 5 star review.
