There's a learning curve to Ontraport- but support is right there to help you through. I was having trouble and reached out to support via their chat box and Saif was so helpful- he sent me a zoom link right then and there and he helped me with the automation. 100plus stars for Saif and Ontraport. I'm blown away at what Ontraport can do- so much better than Kajabi! Thank you!
Ontraport is a robust platform that allows our company to truly excel. All of the support reps I've worked with have been incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Truly a great experience working with the Ontraport team.
Choosing a CRM can be a dizzying experience - and then actually using the platform even more challenging. I could not give Ontraport higher marks in their support of their customers. Their account managers are only there to support you. The ability to chat with their team is amazing. The ability to set up 15 minute "screen share sessions" is unbelievable. Their Facebook page has loads of helpful people - including the CEO (Landon Ray) himself. I have hired an Ontraport Certified Professional to double check some of my work - she was worth every penny. Just as I need some inspiration, a copy of their magazine "Modern Ontrapreneur" arrives in my mailbox. I could not have launched my business the way I have without the incremental help Ontraport provided.

I have been using Ontraport for years now, and for the first time today I decided to use the Live Support function for some assistance regarding an email I was writing. I usually dread these sorts of things, hearing horror stories of unhelpful live support from other companies and having dealt with some myself over the years.
But today was different! My live support agent (who will not be named due to guidelines on this site, but they deserve a RAISE!) was so wonderful to me. I laid out the question and an example of how a pretty specific macro needed to be in this email, and they were quick to find the answer to my question! Straight to the point, then showing me where to find this macro and even showing me how it looks when used properly. This was the best Live Support/Customer Service I have ever received!
However, this is not just about the customer service. This experience showed me just how open, customizable, and user friendly Ontraport is. Their system is so wildly extensive that you can do almost anything you want in regards to bettering your business, and connecting with your clients and customers. Easily creating campaigns/automations and webpages, writing emails that require specific information for each client/customer you may have without having to write out each specific piece of information from them.
There so much more you can do with their system that I will not list here because this review is already getting long enough. Almost anything you can think of to make writing emails easier, or create ways to reach out to your client base, Ontraport probably has a way to make it so. And if you can't find it, their Live Support will do their best to help you in any way they can to find the answer you need!

I totally love everything about Ontraport. Their product is so versatile and covers so many things. The support team are fantastic. I could go on and on.. and really, if you are on the fence, just give them a try - you won't regret it!

I've used several other email providers but I'm new to Ontraport. I needed help to set up my first automation and for some reason, a few things were just not clicking. Karin was so patient to address my concerns until we came to a solution. I really appreciate this platform!
