I have only been a part of the Ontraport family for about 2 weeks and I am already in love. The fact that I don't have to understand tech in order to use their platform is huge to me.
Their tech team is amazing, friendly, and efficient. I don't see me going anywhere else any time soon!

I have had an account with OntraPort since 2016 and the number of times I have reached out via Live Chat for help is... well, up there. I continue to be amazed at the quality of help I receive, the kindness and patience I am shown (this tech stuff can challenge me... a lot) and the way my problems are solved. To say "thank you" seems pretty lame. This team of online tech support really does raise the bar for other customer service experiences I have had. I am beyond grateful for this dedicated team of people who are so willing to serve. BIG KUDOS to OntraPort for their online support!

I've been using Ontraport for around two and a half years now and have no major complaints. It is a well-run CRM that has a lot of potential when it comes to customizing the system to fit any unique need. It has a relatively low price as well.
What really separates Ontraport from its peers is excellent customer support. I have yet to have a question, no matter how major or minor, go unanswered, and they are very nice people as well.

Ontraport is super deep and very functional, but sometimes we can resolve stuff faster than the support can and in many cases, the support seems inexperienced and not knowledgeable of the issues that should be fundamentally easy to answer. We are kind of "stuck" using Ontraport as there are really no other CRMs like it for how we want to use it, but if someone else started offering comparable service and the consistency of customer support did not get better, we would move off Ontraport promptly.

Ontraport is a powerful system that is capable of so much, but has some glitches and quirks that make it challenging to work with. Much better capacity than many of the other competitors, which means that the issues that crop up are that much more frustrating. It is slow to load sometimes, and occasionally due to internal updates some campaigns and processes will stop working correctly after they are built.

Businesses don't rise to the level of their goals. They fall to the level of their systems. Ontraport not only has elite features to build out automations for your product, but I was very impressed by their landing page functionality.
The greatest aspect of working with Ontraport is their live customer service. They have been INCREDIBLY helpful in getting us set up to succeed and have answered every question, no matter how great or small.
Most tech companies these days collect tickets and get to them when they want... not Ontraport.
Highly recommend.

Ontraport is no doubt the best tool when it comes to lead generation and email marketing. I have found the tool rich in various features. I attended a recent informative webinar on online privacy that was facilitated by the CEO. The customer representatives know their stuff. Always patient and guide customers until their issues are resolved.

Hands down the best CRM provider in the world. Sure, maybe some industry specific crm's do a better job for a very specific purpose but Ontraport's versitility and incredible support team allow you to implement pretty much anything you can dream of.
Quite simply Best in Class.
