Customer Service Goes Out Of The Window Once You Purchased!!!!!!! 7weeks later still no contact!!

I brought a new Aprilia RSV4 RR at the end of October as a Xmas gift for my husband. This was recalled on front brake pad issues so my husband phoned and tried to get them to collect ASAP due to it being a safety issue. The service department said they would not collect unless I pay and to ride it over! My husband said he was unhappy due to brake issues so they said use Aprilia recovery as it comes under safety( even though he said ride it !!)
It was collected on the 17th June by the Rac and dropped over to them the same day. After a month of not hearing from them I phoned and left a message but again no reply. So he sent an email to the general manager on 22/7/20 to complain and funny enough the parts were meant to have just arrived that same day and he would get the service manager to ring me the next morning. Once again nothing but lies and poor service and they still have the brand new bike 7 weeks later just for brake pads ..., all this in the summer when it’s the only time it will be used. He has got to the point where he says they can keep it.
His belief is they will see this and miraculously find a sudden solution - the power of social media .

I have always found this company to be strange,looking around the delaer section and clothing, the staff are ok but i do find their attitude not quite right in all departments, i have once or twice approached them about buying a new bike, they will never do a deal or entertain that, they seem to have that BMW car dealership attitude, take it or leave it, as you can imagine i have never purchased a motorbike there, sadly my Aprilia broke down under warrenty, obvious Aprilia when collecting told me they were the nearest dealer, sadly the recovery truck driver rung to ensure they were receiving bikes and in fact open, he was told they would not accept the bike due to the fact it was not purchased there?? sadly this reassured me that my assuptions were always correct about these guys, not only does it reflect on them, but it also doesnt paint a great picture about Aprilia either, really poor service all round, personally, i would never entertain this dealer ever again, my advice is to avoid at all cost for anything, bikes clothing the lot, really pathetic, the idea of having a dealer network is simply that, they would work on all bikes from that brand, irrespective if purchased their or not, avoid!!! avoid!!! avoid!!!.
