Falls apart in weeks — company refuses accountability
I didn't want to complain publicly but their customer service is now ignoring my emails. I bought Onyx resistance bands and they started shedding rubber after a few uses. Instead of acknowledging the fault, Onyx told me to cut off the loose pieces and monitor the product for months. Completely absurd! If their product is truly “extremely durable,” as they claim it shouldn’t be breaking down after 6 weeks. And customers shouldn’t be doing their quality control for them. Their customer service hides behind a 21‑day policy and ignores basic UK consumer rights. Avoid! Waste of time, money and energy.

Appalling customer service. Really disappointing and I hope they will learn the hard way when all their customer base leaves them for good.

New mat and equipment
I recently purchased a mat, ball, and weights from this brand and they are such good quality! The light green shade is so nice and I have already been complemented on it. The mat is super comfy on my knees and the texture of the equipment is really nice and has a nice clay aesthetic. The last yoga mat I bought was way more expensive and really thin and uncomfortable which made some poses quite difficult but this is perfect.

Excellent pilates products
I recently bought Onyx's hand weights, pilates ball and resistance bands. Their products are excellent, very high quality (and also very aesthetically pleasing). Shipping was fast, and their customer service was very helpful and courteous.
I had a great experience!
