Fast service helping with my problem
I had originally posted that I was having difficulty getting my package shipped and communication. They got back to me within an hour and had all of the tracking information and knew exactly where it was and when it was shipped and packaged right down to the minute. Apparently, in an email that I received to show me how to track it. It must’ve been sent by a different carrier so that was discrepancy, but they stepped right up and helped smooth everything over and I look forward to my packages writing soon.

I paid for expedited shipping and after a few hours I wasn’t getting any updates, I reached out to the Onyx support team and Tracy got back to me within the hour, not only did they reassure me that the order would be shipped out soon, they Gave full transparency as throughout the whole process, I would recommend them to anybody they up hold a level of professionalism that you don’t see nowadays with most businesses, Not only that but they hooked it up, and sent me more product than I had originally ordered just for expressing my concerns about my delivery date, My order came in when they said it would. that’s how you do business, I’d seriously recommend them to anybody looking for quality supplemental and quality customer care.
