Things arrived in good condition and well packed however delivery took along time however this could of just been because of the royal mail strike. Overall would order again.

When I ordered the item it was past the release date of the item but still described as a pre-order item, I assumed that the description had not been updated.

It ended up the item was not in stock when I expected it to be so I was waiting a few days more than I expected. It turned out the delivery of the product had been delayed due to Royal Mail strike action. Although not the companies fault this information could off been provided rather than me having to email to ask where my order was. When I did email the company was really helpful though.

The product was in perfect condition and packaged fairly well, but it was dispatched 4 days after ordering which made it miss my delivery deadline.

Great range of stock and often competitive for lowest price, always had orders arrive quickly and in great condition.

Postage took a bit longer than hoped but in their defence there was a postal strike at the time. Other than that, it's great. Only criticism would be to make packages tracked as it it's just a case that you're given a tracking number and receive no updates until its delivered. I'm an inpatient, excited nerd.....the not knowing how progess is postage wise is a tad frustrating.

Samir is a super friendly and helpful guy who will answer any questions you may have but also have the best prices around. Has never failed to give a warm welcoming atmosphere to the shop.

Orderded some pokeball TCG tins from them. My order was delayed but not their fault since it was the distributor/supply chain issue. They kept me in the loop with regular updates and everything turned up well packaged and as expected. Was great value too and I suspect they even made an effort to give me one ball of each design.
