Quick and reliable service
Service was quick and reliable, and the item arrived in perfect condition.
Was a little caught of guard by the timing which was my own fault, as I hadn't appreciated the opening hours and days when ordering, but the item was sent quickly when open and arrived in a timely manner.

I regularly visit Onyx
I regularly visit Onyx, and it’s easily one of the best local game stores around. Samir, the owner, always takes great care of the customers and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The events are very well organised and always enjoyable to attend.
They also offer great prices, both in-store and on their online shop. You can really tell they care about the community and their customers. I would highly recommend Onyx to anyone interested in gaming or tabletop hobbies. I absolutely love this place!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff

Superb customer service
Superb customer service.
The main item I wanted was out of stock, and I’d ordered a few bits to pad the order out and spread the shipping cost.
When I was informed that my main item was unavailable, they also refunded my shipping as a gesture.
Great communications, and fast delivery. Will definitely use again.
