I purchased 6 shoes as I had extremely good experience in past but this time very unsatisfied. 3 shoes were really bad, they became spicky from inside and can't wear it. I teird the blow dryer to shape it back but no use. Really waste of my money.

Ordered 2 gifts, one shipped fine. But the other never shipped. So I reached out to see if I could get an update. Instead of giving me an update working it get it shipped I received an email that they will be refunded my order. I never asked for said refund, nor did they feel the need to reply to my inquires about the status of my order. So now instead of a gift for someone I must look else ware If I were to re-order as now they would not make it for Christmas, and the sale is gone.

Ordered 17 days ago. Shipping label created but carrier never contacted to arrange pickup. Customer service has had no answers and I've been waiting on a supervisor reply for days. Can't review a product I haven't received

I almost never write reviews, but the customer service I’ve received from Oofos has been exceptional. I had an issue with a specific pair of shoes fitting my foot (my foot is the issue, not the shoes), and a brand educator Linda went above and beyond to help. She took the time to chat with me, listened, and offered a solution with such kindness and care. My family and I are happy to continue supporting Oofos!

I absolutely love my OOFOS! I live in Toronto, Ontario, and first heard about the brand through their marketing rep, Dino. He seems to be at every event, fun run, and demo in the city, and he’s such a great guy. At first, I didn’t buy a pair right away, but after seeing him around so often and hearing so many people rave about OOFOS, I finally decided to try them.

One event in particular sealed the deal…Dino was there, and my friends and I all purchased. We couldn’t be happier. The product is fantastic. Not only have they helped me with my plantar fasciitis and running recovery, but they’ve also become my go-to footwear for simple walks around the neighbourhood or strolling with my dog.

Since then, I’ve even moved into wearing the OOFOS shoes, and I absolutely love them just as much. Dino, you weren’t lying. These really are a game-changer!

I phoned customer service to order a pair of slippers for my husband, the price was $164 with promotion 20% off, came to about $135. It advertised order over $99 orders free econo shipping and I asked for free delivery NOT express which is cost $35. Five days later I received an email about computer glitch in their system that affected some orders and prevented them from processed properly, so they re-entered the order and charged me $35 shipping fee, NOT happy, to top it off it cost $15 for return. I’ll never consider buying these shoes again.

These shoes are terrible! They put blisters on my feet and cut my toes. The return policy is about as painful as these unwearable shoes. Will never purchase again.

I bought a pair of size 9 (mens) Oofos originals a few years back and thought they were the most comfortable flip flops I'd ever had. So I recently bought a second pair in black and they're awesome too. Lots of cushion and comfort. So good I decided to buy a couple more pairs at their online store - one blue and one in grey camo ... again in size 9. Different story this time. They fit small, almost like an 8 and no cushion at all. There's a huge space at the toe and the heel hangs off the back. And no cushion - hard rubber. Can no longer recommend these shoes. Expensive and in my experience very poor quality control. Will look elsewhere in the future.

In the process of my online order, my computer screen went blank & I did not receive an order # or confirmation from Oofos. But after checking my account, I saw that the payment was debited. I used their email that they have online to find out about my order but no response. There is no phone # listed on the Canadian website. I had to phone the US company to find out the Canadian phone number! In all, it has been a very frustrating experience! Won't order online with them again.

Great for feet but cause some calf pain
I have several pairs of both the shoes, clogs and sandals. I'm a chef, the clog style is perfect for the kitchen. The clogs are plastic so if you have sweaty feet, you're going to have to deal with that. Wide feet are awesome for the clogs and sandals - the shoes will squish your toes together a bit. All that said, these are still my go-to shoes for walking and working. Here's the thing - all my family members (my kids, husband and brother) all experience calf pain when we wear our OOFOS products. The shoes are so spongy and feel great on your feet, but maybe it makes our legs compensate to keep our balance? I looked online to see if other users experienced this but nothing jumped out. I still recommend OOFOS, especially the clogs for people who are on their feet all day.

Poor customer service. Bought two pairs of sandals, and loved them, but they were one size too small. Sent them back in the box they came in, and had to pay the shipping myself, which cost $30 from Ontario. I was ok with it, but then they refused the return, saying the one pair that was packaged on top in their box was damaged in transit and became too creased for them to re-sell. So they are mailing them back to me! Definitely would not recommend ordering online because they make the return process expensive and difficult. For expensive high end shoes, they do not offer high end customer service. Would not purchase again.

I've always spent good money on Sandals and for many years wore Telic sandals but I thought I would give Oofos a try. Based on the price and shipping charges, I had assumed they would be on par with Telic. Instead, I found Oofos to be soft and spongy and completely lacking support. I told their customer service of my disappointment and they said that I needed to pay for shipping for the return, that there would be a delay in processing the refund and that the sandals needed to be in excellent condition in original packaging (which they were). I don't mind paying top dollar for a product but I would expect much more from a company when a client is disappointed. I will go back to buying Telic for myself and my family.

Love my oofos. Received the first pair as a gift but were too small. Sent an email and has a return easy peasy. Got my new size and I’m loving them. So comfortable. Great company to deal with. Highly recommend.

We love Oofos, just wish they were more affordable in Canada. Big difference in price/value in the US. Taking advantage of discounted rates in the clerance section helps. Delivery took a few days. Website was easy to order from.

Love them!!! Perfect colour too! I can’t wait for summer!!

5th pair and gave my 12 year old grand daughter a pair she loved them so much. Started out wearing them after runs but now wear them every chance I get which is quite often during Pandemic lockdowns in Ontario.

I bought a pair of OOFOS for my husband for Xmas( I have 2 pair and love these). He is an ultra runner and needed something to wear indoors when not running to cushion and support his feet. He loves these. Never takes then off. Says they are like pillows for the feet!
