Fraud from the top!
I was a victim of fraud and someone used my details to purchase a MacBook pro.
I immediately called up and they said they had delivered the product already, which NEVER arrived to my address.
I got the company to run an investigation and they said they couldn't do anything as the product had been delivered.
After asking how the perpetrator managed to get a MacBook without them verifying my identity they said they did not have to.
Also I said where is the MacBook, they got the courier to send through a picture of the delivered item on a doorstep with my name on the delivery address!
I then sent the company a recording of my front door which I have been living at for over 20 years and explained that clearly the fraud must be inhouse or with the transport company involved aswel as the house in the picture they sent was NOTHING like my house!
They did not bother responding back to my emails and since found out they put a CCJ in my name without ever informing me about the outcome of their investigation or validating my claim that the fraud has been committed by someone in their company! Even when I had provided them proof!!
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company, I would not trust them if you are considering do ing any kind of business with them!!!

Update 3/04:
We have been in contact with the person who left the review to let him know that we have definitely not issued a CCJ against his name, and will be happy to provide further details to him individually.
Back in January when the issue occurred, we reviewed the video that was submitted to us, as well as other elements from our delivery partner and decided to
1- not charge this person who appears to have been the victim of identity fraud (nor pursue any legal avenues)
2- amend some of our security checks
PS5 w/ god of war rental review
The item got delivered in time and had everything that was said to be included.

Ive had my iPad Air for just over a week now and I am really happy with it first time I have rented Ooodles made the application really easy. I have taken a two year period which works out at 19.99 a month then after the two years is up I can get a upgrade. Very happy

Good product, not such good customer care
Product we hired for a work project was great, but customer experience not so good. We returned the phone on time (3 month rental) in perfect condition but they took an extra month’s direct debit (£89.99) without notification. Chased them twice on this and told it would be returned within 3-5 days but still no refund a month after first requesting it. Such a pain to have to chase a company like this. Friendly and helpful customer service people, but not great systems. I wouldn’t use them again until/unless they guarantee smoother contract exit.
