Flug --> OK, Mühsam da man nur ein Lufttaxi innerhalb Europa bucht und Daten abgefragt werden, welche ehe der Datensammlung dienen !
Mietwagen:
OpodO verkauft eine Versicherung von AXA !!? Dann der Vermieter flextogo: Ohne Versicherung bei uns müssen sie 1.500€ Sicherheitsleistung hinterlegen, oder "unsere" Versicherung abschliessen !!! ( Wären + 35€), getoppt von: Ihre gebuchte Fahrzeugklasse haben wir nicht--> Aufpreis... auf "Automatik"....

Opodo, never ever !! Wer sich seine Partner nicht aussucht wird Kundne verlieren. Buchungsgrund: Der Flug war etwas günstiger.... wieder was gelernt.

I had a flight from Bucharest to Tel Aviv, my flight was canceled, I didn't receive any confirmation that it was canceled, I tried to contact them, they didn't answer me and they didn't refund our money.
it is a cheap and bad company

Just stay away

Just stay away, you'll be charged and re-charged for a subscription you did NOT sign up to! And then you cant find a single soul to explain or help with the matter!! By the way, how do they manage to get away with this kind of semi-scams? Financial Conduct Authority? Anyone?...

I have been trying to cancel my…

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a year now. I did manage to speak with someone earlier in the year who assured me that this year I would not be charged and now I have a pending payment for this year’s subscription so that’s 2 lots of payments taken and I am not wanting the service and haven’t used it. It seems impossible to cancel on the app. There is a “stop payments” button but when you press that it gives reasons why you shouldn’t cancel and then invites you to press a button that says “continue for now”. I would NOT recommend.

Worst company ever!

Worst company ever! Do not book there. I booked a flight more 1 month ago and requested an invoice directly. Never received anything. I am an Opodo Prime member, I contacted the "Premium" Support:

-1. Agent: "You will surely get an invoice within 24-48 hours or as soon as possible."

Never received anything, waited 3 days

-2. Agent: "We are facing some technical issues which is a reason the invoice can not generate by the robot for now my team is currently working to solve this issue. I would request you kindly request the Invoice after 72 hours."

Never received anything, waited 5 days

"We are facing some technical issues which is a reason the invoice can not generate by the robot for now my team is currently working to solve this issue. I would request you kindly request the Invoice after 72 hours."

This company should exit the market today.

I booked a 6 night holiday in Spain and…

I booked a 6 night holiday in Spain and as I arrived at Reus Airport and went to claim my luggage I found it destroyed with padlock broken off the zippers open and my clothes hanging out .. the wheels of my luggage all had been broken off and was in a very dirty state. I had to get a taxi to the hotel as I could not carry a 15kg luggage on public transport which could have only cost me €12 + b I also had hand luggage so my only option was to take the taxi which cost me €120. When I spoke to Opodo they just said contact the insurance agency “Europe Assistance” so I made the claim on the 2nd April and on the 3rd April 2023I received a declined claim result!! I was very shocked as even though I had all the proof inclusive of Ryanair Damage Report + receipts .. my claim was denied !! My holiday ruined.. they make you pay for insurance and in the time of need you are left with nothing !!! Do not use Opodo or any of their services as they are a fraud! I am also escalating this legally ..

Das Thema Opodo.de ist jetzt hoffentlich für mich erledigt

So, da ich bei Opodo weiterhin bzgl. Umbuchung meiner Flüge aus 2020 ins Leere laufen und es NULL Unterstützung durch den sogenannten "Kundenservice" gibt, konnte ich die Angelegenheit durch ein 2-minütiges Telefonat mit der Buchungshotline von United lösen. Vielen Dank an Virginia von United Airlines !

United wird das Ticket jetzt kurzfristig in einen E-Credit konvertieren, der dann bei einer Neubuchung als Guthaben verwendet werden kann. Obwohl bei dem Versuch einer Online-Umbuchung zunächst auf Opodo als Reiseveranstalter verwiesen wurde, war die schnelle Umwandlung in einen Credit dann telefonisch über die United Hotline möglich.

HALLO OPODO: SO GEHT KUNDENSERVICE !!!

Damit wären dann endlich alle meine offenen Probleme mit Opodo mit alten Buchungen und Erstattungen aus 2020 erledigt und das Kapitel Opodo.de kann geschlossen werden.

WER DORT NOCH BUCHT, UM EIN PAAR EURO ZU SPAREN IST SELBER SCHULD !
