Hired a WAV vehicle from ORA.The staff were excellent from start to finish, very pleasant, helpful and informative. The vehicle was delivered and collected from my home.The delivery drivers were very professional. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

First time ever hire of a WAV. I found ORA to be the closest to where I live. From the moment I called to book a hire, to delivery, everything was easy plain sailing. I felt the service provided by the customer service to the delivery man, was delivered very professionally. I look forward to my next hire.

From the first time I spoke with Emma in sales it was a faultless experience. The WAV was delivered to my door. A generous amount of time was spent showing me the controls and explaining what to do in the event of any issues. Superb company to deal with. Will certainly use them again.

A fantastic experience with ORA! We are a care home in Cambridgeshire, and booked in with a wheelchair accessible vehicle. We used it for a week of outings for our residents, and it was extremely smooth. A great vehicle, clean, dropped off and picked up in good time by Chris and Anton, who also showed us how to use the wheelchair access in the back thoroughly.
We will absolutely be booking again, thank you again!

I booked a WAV from ORA and was very satisfied with the experience…the ladies were pleasant and understanding of my vehicle requirements when booking.
The vehicle was delivered on time, I was kept informed of date and time of its arrival.. I was then given a full run through of the vehicles workings.
I will definitely be using ORA again, and cannot thank them enough..

Overall a great experience hiring a wheelchair accessible vehicle from open road access. booking process was simple and direct emails from the friendly staff making sure we had everything in place. Payment was set up easily too.
Vehicle delivered direct to our home and collected. the only minor issue was a delay in collecting the vehicle after the hire as it took a few days with it parked outside our house, so we were worried incase any scratches appeared after the hire period as it sat for so long on the street. But all was okay.

The office team are experts at what they do. They take care to find out the needs of the hirer, passengers and, especially the person for whom the adapted vehicle was meant for. We use ORA quite a lot when we support a young person who is a wheelchair user. ORA is always professional, friendly, and polite. The vehicles we have had are always clean tidy and reliable. Those who drop off and pick up are excellent. Never had a bad word to say about this company…10out of 10😀

Thanks to Open Road Access we successfully reach the target to visit Scotland from Edinburgh to the North by special car with our nine-year-old disable son. The costumer service was always up to the expectations, during months before and also during the travel.

Open Road Access started off very well – they offered the best price, good communication, and helpful discounts. I was singing their praises- the best WAV Car rental in my opinion at the time.

Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the end of hire process. When my hire ended on Friday, the vehicle was not collected as agreed. Instead, I was left responsible for parking it at my own expense, which I never expected. I had to go back and forth with them over emails about terms and conditions, which was very stressful.

What could have been a 5-star review turned into a very disappointing experience. Leaving me responsible for a car after hire ended is unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied.

i hope they improve on this in future, as their prices are still unbeatable.

This is the first time we have hired a WAV and we were delighted with how it all went. The ORA staff were very thorough at making sure we got the right vehicle to accommodate our daughter’s wheelchair and the delivery and collection service at the airport was excellent. It made our holiday visiting family around the south coast so easy. Would definitely use ORA again.

Excellent staff, helpful at all stages from determining best vehicle option to delivery and collection. All ran smoothly and our wheelchair bound cousin was able to come to Norfolk and enjoy a holiday visiting people and places. Thank you ORA staff for making this such a pleasant and easy visit.
