The team are amazing to deal with and sorted out a problem I had with ordering.
Ophena offer amazing products and their customer services matches.

I've been using my Magnetic Ophena S Pro Stirrups for a few month and they're great. They look very elegant, are grippy, confortable and as to safety, they certainly detach upon falling (I did have one fall and they detached with ease).

I Love my OPHENA Stirrups, they’ve greatly helped keep my foot/leg in the correct position, highly recommend 🐎❤️

Ophena are an amazing team to deal with, Simon is so helpful and guided me through my various options. Looking forward to receiving my new set of insoles.
If you're on the fence about buying the stirrups, I guarantee you won't be disappointed! I feel much safer riding with these and so does my daughter.

I was helped very well, received a lot of information and could contact the ophena team with all my questions. I bought the Magnetic Safety Stirrups Ophena S and they have ensured that I can ride my horse safely again. many thanks for that

Went above & beyond so that I ordered the correct size for Me. Provided very clear advice & information. Thank you again for your professionalism & patience. Superior customer service, super fast delivery (within 5 days to Australia!). Lovely items too that are sturdy & well made. Very pleased :) :)

Mycket snygga stigbyglar.

Efficient and very helpful thank you Ophena.

Not the first time I have contacted Ophena with a query and as usual a prompt and useful reply from a knowledgeable team. Excellent service very grateful.

I have to say that when I email with a question, I always get a very quick and clear response! Customer service is really great and an example for a lot of companies.

The stirrups are also great, my question was regarding a 2nd pair :-).

Fabulous well-made product with extensive trial period. You will not be disappointed.

Anton is amazing! helped me with my purchase all the way!

I bought 2 sets of riding tights, they are extremely nice to walk, run and of course also ride in. The grip is really great, and made my day a ton better wearing them.
My package was mis sorted by the DHL delivery, but the Ophena team helped me to understand where it was and keep track.
The Ophena team are nice and easy to get in touch with over E-mail🙌🏼
